Zero. This Walmart at Pat Booker Rd and also on Kitty Hawk Rd. Have no Customer Service period for customers to be heard on their needs. Called one whole hour to these two places of business and NO ONE answered. My.daughter went to both places and no one went to Cus Service counter to help her. Unfortunately she did not approach cashier for help. They did inform her CUSTOMER SERVICE closed at 6 pm. Walmart should STATE THAT ON THEIR WEBSITE. THAT NO ONE WILL BE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER 6 pm

Would be great if they EVER answered their phones! Called throughout the day on different days and no one ever picks up in any department besides pharmacy. What's the point of having numbers listed then?

Clean parking lot and no shopping carts in parking lot. Grocery aisles were all well stocked and priced. Mens department was well organized and had numerous items clearance priced.

Sadly, the empty shelves are not Walmart's fault. Lauren does a superb job of managing this store. Most of the employees are always very helpful and courteous. The store is always clean and stocked as best it can be right now. I shop here because H.E.B. is difficult to get into and out of, over crowded, and I can usual get what I need at this Walmart, get in and out easily, and have just made the adjustment out of necessity for my grocery shopping needs.

We have been going to this Wal Mart for so long with no problems at all and today when we went we did have an issue with a Walmart employee. My husband was at a self checkout and this lady was harassing my husband and sterotypying him. We are paying customers and shouldn't be treated this way because we are Mexican. The lady grabbed my husband's items and told him don't forget to scan this. That was rude and unnecessary. We pay for our stuff and we shouldn't be treated as criminals just because we are of ethnicity. She made him very uncomfortable which never has happened. She was lucky I wasn't there because there would have definitely been a problem with her touching my things. My husband didn't say anything because he is very respectful to women.

Stopped off to quickly grab a few items for the first time here. One of the biggest Wal-Marts I've been to. Clean store and employees are friendly. They also offer veterinary services (sign says no appointments) and also a Claire's accessories. Haven't seen that in a while! For sure will be back. This has been my go to grocery store unsteady of HEB next door. It's less crowded, prices are comparable, and staff is friendly. No complaints here.

Warning !! Walmart Over Charges 9 times out of 10 on Your Receipt, Now ordinarily I would not think twice about being Over Charged if it happens but there is a point where you have to say enough is enough , maybe if they undercharged me just once I could say it is an honest mistake but that never happened yet in all the years I have been shopping with Walmart, now I don't shop Walmart exclusively I do prefer to shop for great prices especially in this day in time, HEB is much better on most things and I prefer them for fresh meats & vegetables & HEB does make mistake's occasionally although not nearly as often .So this message goes out to all those who care about getting what you paid for, Walmart Please Do Your Customers A Favor !! & Check Your Prices on everything daily, so Your Customer's don't have to get back inline at the service center to get refunded for being overcharged this happens way to much to be an accident ! I was never under charged once so I believe it is intentionally done , take this as a Written Warning & take it seriously!!The Customer is Always Right Please Prove Me Wrong!! Regards

Everytime we come to this store the "greeters" are super rude and accuse us of stealing ever time. This is insane. No other store that we shop at does this. One greeter even physically placed his hands on my husband to force him to stop. Unacceptable. We spend our hard earned money here nearly every week because we don't have many other options close to home. We are done. Being treated like criminals is ridiculous. This lady trio the lady stared hard core at me while I scanned all my items and emptied my basket. She asked for the recipt and I politely told her no that it was in one of the bags. I had my babies I was trying to keep close to me and hold their hands. She continued to harass my husband and myself along with our 4 kids. She started yelling saying I was being rude. I told her no nicely multiple times and she wouldn't let us. I refuse to be treated like a criminal ESPECIALLY when she watched us check out. It is Walmart, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised but goodness this was the final straw for me.

Used to be a time when I can take my family and shop peacefully. As soon as I finish shopping. I go through checkout and then get stopped by the greeter demanding to see my receipt. I respectfully declined because 1. I had the receipt in one of the bags 2. I have like 4 kids that I'm worrying about and 3. It's over 100°F outside. So I'm hot and just ready to go home and then I get accused of stealing just because I wouldn't show my receipt... like the lady clearly saw me leave the cashiers station. I know I was watching her. This is not the first time this has happened. 4th time and I'm over it. I'm no longer going to shop here. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great place to shop you can buy anything from automotive to sporting goods to pharmacy to toys bicycles food deli furniture electronics photo shop shoes water all kinds of drinks there's a bank eye doctor clothes jewelry watches belts cooking wear TV's computers!!!
