Honestly, this bank has given me nothing but troubles. It is not family caregiver friendly. I plan on closing my grandmother’s accounts with them because they make it very difficult for me to handle her finances. Their technology is lacking. The fact that you can’t even see your account numbers when you login is asinine. They even refused to give me the account number over the phone. I can’t wait to close the accounts with them. They really need to catch up with the times. ~Symone
