Customer service is a unicorn nowadays. I came to reopen my son's account that was closed for inactivity. I signed in and waited for about 15 minutes before inquiring if he would need identification (underage). After asking the manager she replied that we would. We left to obtain his identification. We returned to the branch and signed in again for a banker. After waiting another 15 minutes, we were informed by the manager that they would be closing in 5 minutes and could not help us. Why would she not inform of this the first time I visited the branch? She wasted my time and for that I decided to chose another provider to open my son's account. ~Lolitha
