This location is so large with so many options, it could almost be overwhelming! Prices were a bit steep, especially compared to Amazon or other stores. The service at this location was very neutral. It was not a friendly and made to feel as I an inconvenience as a customer, but not nasty or anything like that.

Great place we needed supplies for a gender reveal, they had stickers, an poppers, and we asked the lady at the counter and she was able to open and ring up the right poppers for us with out us knowing.. 😀 great place

They they were fully stocked with everything for all types of parties don't just wait to Halloween come see them for everything super bowl party football parties prime parties 4th of July summertime springtime party party. Exclusive selection of balloons I've never seen so much problems go check them out even singing balloons also life-size helium inflated also excellent customer service.

I love this store! It's so much fun and I've made a lot of memories here. Like there was that time my mum threw a frisbee to me as a joke and I went like xxxtentacion mode and threw A LOT further than I meant to lmaooo. And there was also this one time I tried to hula hoop but I rocked my hips so hard I BROKE IT! But yeah, I love this store and really have fun here, especially during Halloween. Thanks guys.

Awesome place for a custome, they had a whole wall as long as the store with just in custome's. Yeah they're all a little bit more expensive than the Halloween stores but the quality of the custome was very good. Also I waited to 2 days before Halloween and they still had massive amounts of all customes and sizes and also seemed to get it cheaper than what it was saying online. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who asked and am definitely going to be getting my outfits there in the future. It was the first time going there as an adult and parent and was shocked by how big the store was and what all the store had. 100% pleased with my purchase and experience. Again it was my first time shopping in there so I had no clue how or what to do and was asking by 2 employees if I needed help without them pestering me and when I needed the help they were right on it. Ran into a manager running crazy helping everyone as I was standing at a table confused and he quickly explained that the outfit was pulled from the back and put onto this table. I was greatly appreciative of that from him (Joe M.) who assisted me within two minutes of me standing there as he dealt with multiple others in need as well. If I could've made a big deal to his boss i'd have to explain the great experience, information on there system on everything and the help of Joe M. and everyone else I encountered, I'd happily of done that. "Obviously if they weren't so insanely busy that they were." Honestly the only thing that I wasn't super impressed with or happy with was that my son's outfit size was from a Toddler 2-4 and I thought it was bigger than a 4 and that it's such a huge size difference between a 2 and a 4. So I'd rather have seen more 2-3 or 3-4. Which I do understand that obviously they aren't going to be so exact for something that is worn usually 1x or a handful at best if they play with it at home as dress up and all. If it wouldn't have been so big on him i'd gave a 5 stars all day no question. Honestly I wish that they'd let you give a half star because I really was that happy with everything else. I literally was in and out in 10 minutes maxxxx and there had to be over a thousand people in the store.

I love party city. They always have affordable options for party events. Their clearance section is amazing. I spent $16 for everything I need for a birthday party with 24 people attending. They also have sales on balloons that were missing from sets. It is a great place and I highly recommend it! We had 1 problem with a mylar balloon and they replaced without any issues!
