Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We needed a ride to get to the location. We were called to inform us the driver was on his way. Our driver Mike was friendly. Our rental car was ready as promised. Everything was extremely quick.

Attention!!! Attention!!! There are no more weekend rates!!! The cars are charged by the day. There... it has been told cause no one told me and I had to pay a hell of a price. Besides that they're very reliable and courteous.

After my Jeep got damaged by a Valet driver at Resorts in NJ I was provided with a rental from Enterprise. Everyone was super helpful and they went out of their way to make a bad experience a good one. The Sahara is the Jeep I always wanted and it was big enough for my needs for the week. I didn’t want to give it back. All I can say is Thank you to all of you. Having my Jeep damaged on my birthday and Resorts barely gave me 50 dollars in a food Voucher but they did fix my car. My experience with you at Enterprise was wonderful.

Absolutely horrible. Called yesterday to get a rental was told 9 am. When asked about what was needed financially I was told that I would pay 387.81 walked to the location got there by 9:01 a.m. signed off on the car and that I'd use my own vehicle insurance. Then was told that my credit card was declined. When asked how because the card has a zero balance. I was told told my charges to be held would be 788.83 when I called the branch spoke with Kevin an asked for a number to speak to someone in regards to the information I wasn't given yesterday he gave me a 800 in which I called. When I called non of the options fir customer service so I pressed a option to get someone on the phone. When a pleasant woman answered she told me that the number was for store technical support she had no idea why "he would give you this number." This is considered modern day customer service?

I was in a head on collision and my insurance would have been completely covered the cost of the rental. Jared who rented my my car pushed the extra Enterprise insurance knowing full well my USAA coverage was enough. They got me for $350. I've never had an issue with any other rental in previous experiences. Don't trust Jared.

I was able to reserve a great rental car on an urgent basis (late in the evening after my car suffered damage from debris falling off a scrap hauler) via the website in a matter of minutes: mid morning pick up with no hassles at all and ended up returning days earlier than anticipated with the same smooth ease as the initial interaction. I will continue to use Enterprise: fair pricing, great vehicle choices and outstanding service agents at their rental sites. Keep up the great service and thank you so much!!
