Empty boxes EVERYWHERE. yes it's a warehouse but the front end shouldnt look like the back end without any organization. They also didn't have either of the 2 things I wanted so I settled for something else. Oh well

Didn't have a beer I wanted stocked on the shelf, but I saw the case on the side. When I asked if I can grab it from the case the guy at the register said the beer was out of stock

Was open and spacious, however walking in felt like I was in a movie scene where a gunfight breaks out soon. Need to change the interior decor to make the place more upbeat and welcoming, def looks sketchy inside

This is the Worst liquor store , employees are fine but the manager is rude , he treats me with a nasty attitude. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Called them to ask the price for a product and they refused to give me the price. I went into the store and saw the price was the same as other stores - and walked out. The male clerk proceeded to FOLLOW ME (a single female) to the parking lot to my car explain he didn’t know if I was a customer or competitor. DO NOT come here, go to the Kearny Plaza Discount Liquor Store instead (way cleaner and nicer)!

I usually go in and go back out. I know wat i want and know where they have it. Its clean and well organized. The workers are so polite and helpful. They sometime have sales going on. The prices are reasonable

I have been shopping at this place for many years now. Every holiday, every gift, every occasion in which I need any types of liquor I have not only gone to this establishment, I've recommended it to family and friends. Today, I went there to purchase a few different liquors, I did not get a shopping cart as the ases are too small, and since it's a holiday it gets crowded and difficult to maneuver between the aisles. I let an inexpensive bottle of wine fall, and it broke. The owner charged me for it. Not a hesitation about it. He said he posted signs "you break it, you pay for it". I did not and will never argue in situations like this. It was my mistake, yet I do do not recommend this place as there is no loyalty to a customer who has been going there for years. I had never experienced such an embarrassing situation. Instead of telling me that it was okay, and that he has known me for years, he just said, I have to charge you. I paid, purchased the $100+ that I had chosen, left and WILL NEVER RETURN. Their prices are the same as everywhere else. Their selection is limited. PS: He knows he can return the broken bottom of the bottle and get a refund from the distributor...
