Where would I ever be without this store? I have shopped for shoes here so many times, both for myself and for my kids. I have often come here to buy winter accessories such as caps and gloves, not to mention ski clothing. The staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly. This is very conveniently located in the middle of Tigard, and it can get crowded in the parking lot which is shared by numerous other small businesses. This is not a problem in the evenings.

No customer service. I browsed shoes for 5 min and a guy walked by me twice without saying anything. He didn't look busy but I couldn't get his attention.

We were actually able to find wide width football cleats there, and got school shoes for a decent price. I was fully expecting to have to drive around all afternoon for that.

Went to return unused racquet ball racquets and they would not take them back evan though they were unopened and bought the day before!

Went in there around clothes and I wanted to purchase several sleeping bags that were on sale for 40 bucks and the dude wanted to rush me out of there and have an attitude and the manager had an attitude and didn't want to make any sales that we were trying to get so he actually lost out and then I was doing a Google review and added a picture of their store when this guy that said he owned it ran up to our truck and I started clapping his hands and like yelling in the window and was all paranoid about it I think somebody might need a UA but rude I definitely won't be going back it's not the kind of customer service experience I want or wish upon anybody else you don't like your

Update: 6.14.22: the boys & I have been working out consistently for 2 weeks now. Needed additional equipment to continue our growth. Convenient place for sports equipment

It was a nice place, got a cruiser longboard for only 49.99, and was very excited about that, as I am a big skateboard fan. But I also had to tighten the trucks to the deck itself, which was a quick fix, but still shouldn't have happened. Had I not known, my board eould have broken within the week. but customer service was pretty bad, unenthusiastic and disinterested. They also didn't have a single pair of biking gloves! Go at your own caution. Lol

This is an awesome store. Huge selection and great competitive prices. Extremely nice and attentive staff. I highly recommend for footwear, sporting goods, and hunting and fishing supplies.

My fiance and I were in the area, and I've always appreciated the quality of products that are supplied at these stores. Since spring is coming we were going to see what they offered in the line of fishing rods. They had a number of good rods, and although we were just looking I wanted to see what they offered. I know that I can find rods online for fairly cheap, but I was blown away as I was about to walk out. The 2 associates there offered to help us look up rods online if we didn't find what we were looking for so that our needs could be met. In times like these when you see lots of employees doing the bare minimum to help customers it's amazing to find a store where the customer service goes above and beyond to ensure that your needs are met. What a wonderful store, and amazing people. Thank you so much.
