The lady at the front this morning 5/14/22 is the sweeteat ever. She went out of her way to help us find what we needed. Literally love her!

From the pharmacist to all technicians, just plain rude! They have the worst, personalities! No one is friendly! They hate their jobs, and they are cold and non empathetic! Someone needs to school these people on manners! I think they need to go to chick fil a school of how to treat their customers!!!! Walgreens may cost a little more but they are pleasant and fill your prescriptions in a timy manner!

CVS as a whole is THE wost pharmacy to go to. Transfered scrip from out of state on-line TWICE, just like the stores website SUCKS!! Of course wouldn't work. So called it in to new pharmacy, said ready to pick-up, went the next day, "no that script was not transferred or called in". EVERY pharmaceutical transaction with this store and the one I go to back home is terrible. WILL BE SWITCHING ALL MEDS TO Walgreens. DO NOT waste your time with CVS. I never will again!!!

I went in to pick up my daughter's medicine and the PHARMACIST, AMANDA, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She threw the prescription bottle on the back shelf when I told her I needed more than one day filled on the prescription for Lamictal (a non-controlled substance). I told her I'm here daily to get meds for my daughter who has a debilitating neurological disease and she rudely responded, "yes, I know." Then I told her that I called her doctor and emailed them to send in another prescription, that I've done my part, but I guess they are short staffed just like they are. and Amanda said to me, "Maybe you should switch doctors." Completely out of line. Her attitude and snarkiness was horrible. I will be calling the corporate office to report her.

After a bad experience of unprofessionalism and rudeness from Edgewater (I'm learning this is the norm, and I'm glad I've used Walgreens for years now), I called NSB to ask for help in complaining and updating my records. She said she'd give me the number for corporate ( i found that all on my own about both of them now ) and then was going to get my info. I think she had good intentions but maybe not because she was laughing the whole time even while pretending to help me. I almost felt like somehow the edgewater and nsb lines got crossed and i got the same person. Once she said "I"m sorry the edgewater hurt your," and then stopped herself and tried to fix it, I was done. I'm just going to get it switched to walgreens. or print it out. or just suffer. it isn't worth dealing with either store.

Woman working at the pharmacy with long dark blond hair was so rude to me today I'm still in shock about it. When I walked up, she was clearly training someone on the computer. After about a minute she said "Be with you when i can" to me. I waited while she trained her some more, even taking her to the aisles wtih medicines and telling her stuff there. Then they both came back and the trainee got on the computer. The woman looked at me, raised her hands in an "oh, well" gesture, and said "Well, I don't have a computer!" The trainee said "you can use this one." Duh. She put in my name, asked me which prescriptions I needed refilled. As I went through them, I said something about how last time I picked one of them up the guy told me that for some reason they can only be refilled on the day I run out, but I tried to add that I need them now for vacation over Thanksgiving. Her response" It's because some insurance companies will only let you do that.' I said I've had my insurance for a long time and never had that problem before (I started to say this), but she interrupted and said something else--all of this in a harsh tone. I said, "can I please finish what I'm saying," so she let me, and then she said loudly, "Will YOU let me talk now?" I said sure, but she didn't have to be rude, and she threw up her hands and said, loud enough for everyone "I'm getting someone else." Turning to a coworker she said "This woman won't let me talk, so can you take her." Unreal. Not only to be rude to me, but then complain about me to everyone else there *in front of me*!! Who ever heard of that? I've dealt with rude people at my job and I would never then complain loudly about them in front of them!! I've never written such a long review, but this is unreal. The woman who then helped me was normal. Moving to Walgreens, it might not be better but at least it won't be her.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this store. I have been patronizing five years and it just gets worse and worse. The techs have a chip on their shoulder the minute you say something. They complicate a simple request with an attitude. The manager said that they are under staffed and nervous all the time and I get that but what is the use of taking it out on the customers. This is a problem for management and this business culture comes from the top down. I might consider Walgreens instead.
