This is the place Ahmad is the man he's funny, kind, and willing to help. He make sure you leave happy. Whatever you need if he don't have he'll let you know where to go or he'll try to get it. Overall this is where everyone should go.

I am a huge believer of good customer service. And if you don't have the skills or the patience then I just wish people would pick the right profession. I have been with metro for 4 years now, and I've visited several Metro stores throughout Connecticut. And I usually get good to great customer service. But the man that works in this location needs a lesson or several classes on how to deal and talk to customers. I've been to this location twice now and my experience didn't get any better. I will never go to this location again!! Absolutely horrible!!!!!!! If I could I would give NO stars
