This bakery will forever be my favorite place to get cakes! I sent them an inspiration photo and Donna made the cake look so beautiful and just like the picture! They make each cake with so much love and you can taste it in every bite. 100% recommend getting your wedding cake here. It was so easy to work with them and they deliver! Thanks Sanitary!!! 😍

This place is amazing. Any time I even go near Nanticoke, I go out of my way to stop by and always buy a big box of desserts! They have coffee and sell pizza too. Full size pies and cakes available too!

I got a tray of pineapple squares.Prior to eating these my life was mediocre at best. These were the best ever!!! I have a new addition. Thank you sanitary bakery! # yummy af!

They looked good, everyone told us they're fabulous, and I'd give them a try if you can eat there. They didn't have anything without milk in it, and said they can't make the milk-free cake we'd gone in to ask about, so my allergy prevented me from trying anything firsthand. I'll give them four stars for knowing that, though, and shutting down my thoughts of buying anything immediately, before I wasted any more of my time or theirs.

Their special pizza is available on Wednesday and Friday and is delicious lightly toasted. Take a number and wait your turn, it is worth it.

Wow wow wow! Ive tasted this cake three times in my life - and each time Ive thought, “This is the most delicious cake Ive ever tasted.” I live a whole 3 hours from this place and biting into this cake inspired me to stop by their google page to share the good word. My sis in love pre-ordered their white sheet cake with raspberry filling, and whipped cream. Had me dreaming with my eyes wide open.
