Every time I try to come here to use the ATM, they are both broken/out of order. The one at Hampden/Tamarac or the one at Havana north of Florida seem to have more reliable ATMs.

If you don't speak Spanish, the tellers treat you as if you're incompetent. I get better service using my app and the ATM. If you have to go inside, I suggest going to the branch further down at Hampden and Tamarac.

I have come to this location no numerous occasions as the location by my house on Havana street is so busy I can't even get in the door or the wait is astronomical. However, this gem is perfect to get in and out in a short amount of time. Diego helped me today and was great. I was in and out before I even knew the time. I really appreciate this location's super efficient and expedient time frame everyone time I come in. It is worth a few more minutes drive to get all my banking needs accomplished. I will continue to go to this location. * In the past 2 weeks I dealt with more team members: Jarely & Karen - which displayed the same customer service as Diego. I can honestly say I am 3-3 in baseball terms on great customer service. I can't exalt this location enough as the team members are top notch all-around. Keep up the good work!

Been trying to get an appointment for over a week to handle business banking needs. Was not able to reach anyone by phone for days. Made an online appointment and the person with me that I needed to add to my account was not allowed in because of lack of mask and they would not come outside to handle the business. If you want to require a face covering it should be provided. Wells Fargo has been difficult to work with regarding my business numerous times and this is the final straw. Call Chase, actually spoke to a live person right away and set my appointment to take my personal accounts, credit line and business accounts over to Chase because many colleges have used them and are super happy! Adios Wells Fargo!

This place does not care about customers or their money waited 3-4 weeks for a returned check because of their atm. During that time period i deposited 2 exactly same checks in the same account with no problems and I bring the one check in and they can’t help me. I would never recommend ANYONE do banking here. They make up lies to make it sound fine and turn around and screws you. Wells Fargo is by far the worst thing you could ever choose save your photo Wells Fargo is by far the worst thing you could ever choose. Save yourself tons of stress and time and choose a different bank. To top it off I’ve been a member of WF for almost 5 years and then ask me to do all this stuff so they can review my post appropriately.. seems like you have to do everything for this bank. Can’t pay my bills that have been past due because of the clowns

I have banked with Wells Fargo for a decent amount of time but on this occasion I needed some documents notarized. I was greeted with nothing but welcoming smiles and escorted to the desk of Mr. Chad Smith to complete the notaries. He was awesome, very efficient, friendly and I would not hesitate to send anyone there. The other two females I encountered (not sure of their names I apologize) were also very friendly, always smiling and very accommodating. Thank you for great service, seems a rarity these days so I wanted to make sure it was noted that this branch has done it right!

The staff there is very ignorant. The first time, the guy would not stop hassling me about getting a savings account the whole time I was there. My final time going to this particular location, which it will be my final time, the customer service manager was helping us and then made a huge deal that she couldn't cash my check, she said it was a business check before she even looked at my ID, then patiently explaining to her how to do her job, we barely managed to get what we needed to get done and leave. I had some questions about the credit system, but that would've been a waste of time asking her. I'm just going to call the other Wells Fargo right down the road because they have always done me well, they just don't have a change machine like this Wells Fargo, which I wouldn't even trust counting my change to be honest.

All I needed was my account and routing number so I can pay my auto insurance and the man working at this location literally locked the door in my face. I understand the feeling of wanting to go home at the end of the day but there is no excuse for being rude I will never go to this location again I am actually thinking about getting rid of my Wells Fargo account altogether this was the cherry on top. How is the company going to steal from their customers and then employee rude ass people? Horrible business all around .
