The store felt muggy and seemed to have no ac on. Even my 8 month old was hot and fussy so we had to leave.

Honestly this a really great Kohl’s! Everything here is so neat and organized. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Even though we were 10 minutes past 9pm by the time we got to the register the staff were still super friendly and didn’t mind. Im super happy with my family and I’s experience 😊

Kohl's is my go to store for clothes. Disappointed they dropped the Marc Anthony line however. Kohl's offer good selection at reasonable prices.

There was actually a line for the dressing room because they only have 1 open (for women anyway). And while they may have "improved " their online pickups, still have an "archaic" system for returns

This store has so many different types of clothes for men but nothing worth buying I overheard several customers complaining that they were only purchasing because they waited for the last minute. Also the line for the cashiers was all the way around to the back of the store. The system of one line is the worst especially if you are a handicapped person. That's why they are having financial problems and need to merge with a brand name. Anyway stay safe.

Quite clean IMO. Displays are a bit tight in some areas as far as paths, but manageable (I've seen far worse). Staff moods and interactions have general been pleasant and professional. The only significant issue is how long to wait to check out, but they are actually paying people to work registers vs having self checkout here, but it seemed reasonable enough. There is an Amazon returns kiosk. You have to head left, then right, down past the ladies undergarments sections, to get to it -or turn right, go the round through mens and take the bend past and into kitchen/bed/bath section.

This is a nice store. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. The store is usually well stocked. I have shopped here for many years. I have never had a bad experience

I love the Marlboro, N.J. Kohl’s location. There’s always a large selection, and it’s neat & organized! I like that they use automatic air fresheners in the fitting rooms, so they always smell nice. I like to use the online ordering with free pick up in store. If you’re in the store & don’t find what you need, they can order it online for you with free shipping to your house. They offer Kohl’s cash incentives & have coupons which make their prices even more inviting. I’ve also always found the staff nice & knowledgeable. Never had a problem. There’s always plenty of parking & the wait to check out is quick because they usually have a lot of registers open. You can also pay your bill in-store which is nice. Plenty of parking & I like that if you go shopping & are hungry by the time you leave, there are a bunch of food options in the area. Still my favorite Kohl’s location. ps.
