Wow I can't believe how many bad reviews I just read for this bank... OMG WELLS FARGO!!! Thanks to all the amazing people who has helped me made my decision to stay away from this bank and not even think about opening an account with them... JUST HORRIBLE!!!

The worst bank you can put your money in . I deposit a check .I went out to enjoy time with my family . The bank put a hold on my account on my account because I'm spending my money The way I want . So I called and said they wanted to wait for other bank to send funds . Did that and tell me I can't release my money 😕 even though they got there but I have to wait .I'm closing all my accounts with these people the worst . I was not able to put gas in my car and barely making it to work . Thank you for being the worst bank . Never again.

Rude. This location was empty. 1 teller and 1 personal banker. We walked in wanting to open a business account. We had the paperwork. The banker was on her phone messing around. When we went up to her she didn't want to be bothered. She said the person that does business accounts is on break and will get back to us in an hour to set up and appointment. 2 weeks later and never a call.

Almost didn't come here because of the recent reviews, but my experience has been great so far. Was able to deposit cash in the ATM no problem, and got great help in the lobby for an application I started online but couldn't finish.

Absolute garbage. Don't even waste your time, because they will waste it. Took me 45 minutes to deposit money into my account. Both Atm's are broken but only one is shut down and listed as "out of order". The other atm spits out your money after taking 10 minutes to count it. Inside the service wasn't much better, slow and arduous. Can not recommend. Go somewhere else

The absolute worst bank experience I have ever had. I can’t even access my own safe deposit box. They tell you to make an appointment online but the website does not have any availability. Then after calling in for 10 minutes the banker picks up the phone and hangs up. Absolute nightmare and the fact I can’t even access my valuable belongings that I trusted this bank with. Corporate needs and intervention with this bank and a complete new management.

Worst bank ever! Wont let my wife deposit money into my account! I have family in banking and they've NEVER heard of this! Yes maybe to withdraw, but to deposit! Who cares. Wells fargo is by far the hardest bank to deal with! I'm gonna have to cancel this account. Bunch of dopes.

I went in today to apply for a credit card. As soon as I walked in Diana understood exactly what I was looking for and helped me with all my questions. Let me stay by saying that I'm usually very nice and would hardly take my time to write a bad review for a business, but this is just beyond bad so I feel like I have to warn other people. Worst experience with banks ever! People are either unprepared or outright rude. Their procedures are outdated and inflexible. I wanted to remove someone from my personal checking account. The only way to do that is for both people to be in one of their branches at the same time! The person I was trying to remove was in a state 2 time zones away... Such a pain in the neck! I asked if the other person could come in a branch whenever she could and provide every document and signature they needed, but they said no. Ridiculous. One of the representatives told me that was standard across banks and I had to explain to him that wasn't the case (having worked in a bank for years I know better). I asked them if the same procedure was needed to close the account and they informed me that no, you can simply go online and do it without coming to the bank... keeping that in mind! Update: after all the aggravation (and 4 different visits to this awful place) we were both able to be at a branch at the same time we were informed that the second person actually DIDN'T REALLY NEED TO BE AT THE BRANCH after all... Instead, they would fax (apparently they still use these at Wells Fargo) documents over to that branch. The other person would then have to wait for other documents to be mailed to her, have them signed and notarized and bring them back to the branch in a different state.
