My family and I went for our vaccines today and we met dwight who was beyond kind, professional and genuinely caring. It was so busy and he still treated evey single person like they were important. You are so lucky to have him!

This is by far my favorite CVS. I am a frequent shopper. I was having trouble this morning with the check out machine and the manager helped with my problem right away. I highly recommend this location.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced!!! I’ve been waiting over an hour while these rude, unprofessional pharmacy staff giggle and talk about the customers picking up their scripts. Stay away from this horrible place

I never post negative reviews but this CVS pharmacy dept staff is extremely rude. When I Spoke to the manager he didn’t even seem to care or acknowledge that one of his pharmacist would speak to a customer that way. I understand the whole world it’s understaff but that doesn’t give you the right to treat people like trash when they’re being nice And just asking you for their refill. Very disappointed how this person has a job in a pharmacy dealing with sick people and treating people that way.

Terrible place. Not sure who is managing this? Definitely need new management. I had a appointment for a boostershot for my 73 year old dad. On the day of the appointment they cancelled for no reason and have no records in their system. I have showed them the text confirmation and still couldn't get any help. Place where the guy giving the shot needs to be clean and sanitary. Also, they are not monitoring anyone after giving the shot and my arm was sore for 72 hours.

Went to this CVS on Friday at 12:30 for a Covid booster shot but when I arrive the pharmacy staff was great but the guy who gave me the shot was terrible. He didn't ask for my ID, didn't ask for my vaccine card but only for my DOB. He just stuck me and didn't massage my arm before and now my arm is so sore with lump, I couldn't sleep on my left side at all. I've been getting shots for 40 yrs of my life and this was the worse! I don't recommend this location for your vaccine ever again! And when I about to leave half way out the store I turned back around and asked him do I need to stay after and he was like oh yeah just like 5 minutes! They need an actual pharmacist or better staff giving the shots!

This is a pretty terrible pharmacy, as many have said they literally just ignore the phone for the majority of the day and I'm being 100% literal and non-dramatic when I say I feel that their recent tailspin into ineptitude is likely already negatively impacting the health outcomes of any home-bound patients who rely on them but are unable to get to the pharmacy to really go to bat for themselves, because that's really what you have to do, you have to seemingly claw and bend over backwards for every prescription, and if you have a script you absolutely need to take daily, in my experience it's highly likely that you'll occasionally have to go a few days without it if you choose to deal with this pharmacy. The problems are multi-factorial, and in no way limited to the persons working within the actual walls of this particular store, but I can say 100% that choosing this pharmacy has absolutely negatively impacted my health lately.

This Pharmacy has been giving me the run around for 3 months now trying to get in contact with my OBGYN. I gave birth in July , i’ve been trying to get prenatal vitamins from in September and im not understanding how comes they can’t get in touch with my doctor to get an approval. I went in today to find out what’s going on , I got off the phone with my doctor and hour ago he told me to go to my pharmacy and have them call the office now. The pharmacy then told me it’s patients in front of me and he’s not sure when the pharmacist will be available to call but he will relay the message. This is ridiculous smh… I wouldn’t recommend this CVS location

Pharmacys last shift always puts up sign on the drive thru window forcing you to come inside. But ever single time I go in the morning the drive thru is fully functional. Next time ill go else where.
