Please do yourself a favor do not come to this location, customer service its the worst I’ve ever experienced at a bank, im not mentioning any names, but they would never return your calls or follow up, even if they say they are going to call you, i finally was able to speak to one of them after a few days of calling…. Worst decision ever coming here …

Horrible, they have plenty of people standing around doing nothing yet they tell people they need an appointment. But I contacted customer service and I was Instructed to just go into any branch and they would be able to help me. Bank with Chase they are not ridiculous!

Biljana was rude, I was there with my son and she basically told me to sit down and she would handle it. I was assisting my special needs son and wanted to know myself how to cash a bond. Unprofessional

Couldn't close my bank account. They were asking me why I am closing the account and what I am going to to with the cash I have on the account . NOT PROFESSIONAL. They also were explaining for 1 hour why they are the best bank around, and that they are the closest bank to me, loosing my time and still not giving me my money. Don't go here
