Been going there for over 16 year's, good prices and service and place always spotless and clean also parking lot employee James does a great job keeping food cars off parking spaces. ***** Thank you for your service.

I got tired from Blue Star shoprite customer service - and went to Garwood - hoping for a better one. There was issue with digital cupon and pricing. The lady at self check out line gave me an attitude. She told me I input incorrect coding for organic (I didnt) - and never apologized. She did not come right away - when we called for help for the second time. She dropped mango by accident - but put it back into my cart. At the end she took grapes that I intended to buy. Sundays shopping experience got spoiled! 6/26/22 8:50 am

ordered a pinwheel wrap platter from the online ordering it was absolutely beautiful and delicious, the hit of our graduation party, could never have made it this nice myself also really fair price for the size of the platter

I stopped by here randomly and what struck me was the parking lot. The setup was different than any other ShopRite lot I've ever seen. The staff was friendly and helped me find what I was looking for.

Y’all. This is a MASSIVE grocery store with everything you can think of on the shelves there. We found everything we needed while there and it was easy to find. I wasn’t expecting such a big store to still have things easy to locate. The aisles are clearly marked with what can found in each one. Being from out of town we were worried we wouldn’t get the sale price since we don’t have one of the savings cards. Luckily the cashier was very friendly and used the store card for us so we could take advantage of the sale price on the items we purchased. Great store to shop at and get what you need.

Not the best friendly supermarket. Deli department has random hours. Went to a new system where you use a computer. Computer is confusing and special requests are hard to make. What happened to the people to people interaction. Nobody wants to talk to you in that store. Rude deli and rude customer service too. When you go at night around 8pm, the over night stokers seem to take over the store with pallets. Employees want to hurry up and leave and don't seem to care about there job. Prices are ok. Would rather go to a store that I can actually talk to my deli person who is cutting my meat.

Garwood Shoprite really caused me some inconvenience today. They always seem to be out of store brand spring water packs. Even if you get there on the early side. This seems to be a common occurrence at this store. I frequently over hear other customers frustrations when they're out of common item. Like do they not order enough?? Had to go to the Clark store to get my water, delaying out my day. Management really needs to get their ordering right.

Love this site! Great bakery department, great deli department, well stocked and friendly team of workers available to support and help customers. Parking is not always the best experience however that’s small considering the store experience is highly rated.
