Very efficient, empathetic and reliable! I called many companies to get a last minute delivery on a Saturday, but to no avail everyone turned me down. (it was 22 degree out) I called Ariba and spoke with Kevin, he assisted me with the rush and did his best to help me with a price I could afford. I am very grateful to him and his team for accommodating me.

On an extremely cold Saturday morning in February my oil ran out. My oil tank gauge must have shifted and not reading right anymore. This was not an ideal situation at all with temperatures dropping to 5° overnight and have young kids. I called countless oil companies to deliver in a pinch but no would until Monday or even pickup phone. I finally tried ARIBA OIL and Karen answered the phone and answered my last prayer and hope. I really wouldn't have thought they would service Middlesex county in Central Jersey, but they did. Karen briefly checked if they could deliver to me same day and they could and did without any hesitation! This last second Saturday delivery saved me and my family from a ruined and very uncomfortable weekend. Three and half hours after scheduling a delivery Ariba arrived with agreed amount of oil. Pricing was competitive in my situation. Thank you Ariba Oil and to you Karen for your great customer service and home heating oil product! I recommend this company.

Ariba Oil continues to impress me with their outstanding service! Not only are my oil deliveries fast but their drivers are amazing. I wasn't home on my recent delivery and I left my property gates open for the expected delivery. Max, the Ariba Oil driver, not only delivered my oil but re-secured my property gates when he finished. Max went above and beyond and I know I can trust this company to deliver!

I wish I would have known about Ariba Oil long ago! I had practically ran out of oil on 02-FEB-2022 and I was in panic mode! I called Ariba Oil and they were understanding of my situation and set me up with a minimum amount of oil delivery that I could afford at the time! Moreover, the oil was delivered on the same day! Since moving to Sussex county I have used Ariba oil on multiple occasions and now I am making them my go to Company for all my oil needs.I am very happy with the customer service from the office staff like Karen to the drivers that come out to the house. I can always count on them for same day or next morning delivery. We had an emergency today at work and needed an oil delivery. I work for a company with several locations, one of which is serviced by Ariba. I needed oil delivered to one of our other locations. I had no specifics on the situation as I wasn't there at the time. I called Ariba and had the pleasure of speaking to Marlen. She was able to add the second location to our account, and being that it was a new set up, she needed a lot of info I did not have regarding the size and location of the tank, as well as how much oil was needed. Instead of being nasty and rude because I didn't have the answers, she helped me figure everything out, couldn't have been more patient and friendly, and set up a delivery time that was convenient. Thank you Marlen for being so courteous, helpful, kind and friendly. You made my work emergency so much easier than most probably would have, and I sincerely appreciate it! More representatives could take a lesson on how to help their clients from you. I hope your employer recognizes your effort and appreciates you as much as I did when I got you on the phone today!

This company is such a pleasure to work with! With the passing of my uncle who normally took care of this, I had no idea where to start, what I had or what I even needed to do. The gentleman who answered the phone was a complete GOD when it came to helping me and even helped me understand what I need to pay attention to etc. They even offer a monthly program so I don't have to add this onto my to-do list, I could literally set it and forget it. I will be recommending them to EVERYONE!

I wasn't going to use this company because of the bad reviews but my neighbor recommended them so I decided to give them a chance. So I call and they quoted me 150 gallons for 400$ over the phone. When one of their techs come to the house he told me it was only 120 gallons for that price. 3 weeks later my boiler is almost empty and I barely ever used it. There's no way that ran out so quickly. I called to try to speak with someone and they said their manager wasn't there. They told me a technician would call me. He did and when I answered he hung up on me. I should've trusted my instinct and not called. Won't ever be using their service again.
