I ask for an ice coffee, they gave me a hot coffee, and I corrected them, and all they did was put hot coffee in different cup with ice that melted so quick. Never again will go there.

Horrible.. today they had no donuts.. last time they had no icecream. The coffee taste horrible. I will not be visiting this location again

Service was great what I like the most, they weren't really busy easy and fast walk in to pick up and fast to leave. I pre-ordered my daughter's birthday cake so that was great as well! they also gave my kids free munchkins since it was her birthday 😊

I met my father at this Dunkin’ and ordered a small black coffee and a medium hot pumpkin latte. Simple, yet they rang me up for a small black and a medium black. I went to the Register immediately to correct them and an employee asked what I wanted. As I was explaining to them the manager walked alway and so did the employee. Then they asked me what I wanted and I again told them 1small black coffee and 1 medium hot pumpkin latte. Now I am holding a small black coffee and a medium pumpkin coffee. I must say Dunkin’ has truly dropped its customer service standards. I will now go back in and order another hot pumpkin latte because I want to enjoy the drink I came for not what they decided to give me.

Workers act like they work in a factory and they have no customer service skills. They say "wait here for food" in a mean voice. I did not even say anything and its obvious that I already know that I have to wait for my food. They are not nice towards young customers.

The customer service here, on average, is terrible. The worker who served me today was nasty when I ordered, screamed at me SIR when she was making my coffee and thought I was leaving, and then growled at me without any acknowledgement of my purchase when I took the drink. Maybe it would have been a better experience with on-the-go, but I will not return to order at the counter. In addition, we have ordered the Reese’s Layered Sundae at this location many times and the worker either had no clue how the make the sundae or invented her own concoction that was clearly not even close to what was pictured, different toppings and flavors etc. Very, very disappointed after many visits over a length period of time. I wish them better training for a better customer experience in the future.

This particular store is a combination of Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins. I stopped by in the morning one day and the traffic here in the drive thru was just out of the ordinary. There’s a huge parking lot outside. One peculiar thing about the drive thru is that the line circles around a liquor store, which is besides this Dunkin but don’t worry, there’s proper signs to navigate you to the drive thru. This location was very busy during a weekday morning and the food that we ordered was decent. We had ordered curbside pickup and we got our order in a timely manner. Some coffee, bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and a couple triple cheese croissant. The sandwiches were decent, the coffee amazing but, the triple cheese croissant was not great. Couldn’t taste the triple cheese at all and for the price that they are offering this, I would stay away from it. If you’re looking for a good coffee to kickstart your day, this place would suffice your needs. If you wanna grab some breakfast, I’d advice to try a few items from the menu and decide yourself.

The drive through is good, they provide options and let you know of any deals also. Very good options. Now they a mini bagels for kids too one of the best and at reasonable price than Starbucks bantam bagels

Ok so when your whole family yearn for ice cream and that too when its late at night, you drop in to baskin-robbins for it being close enough to satisfy those cravings. I wasn’t expecting the store to be busy during that time unfortunately drive thru was a tad bit busy as dunkin n baskin works together and they only had one employee who was managing the dunkin drive thru along with baskins’ orders. I still like going to baskin-robbins, infact my family loves their ice creams. Their ice creams are Not too sweet also which is good.
