The Subway is inside a Circle K and service there seems to be an afterthought. Limited selection of items despite a full menu board posted. Had to wait for a while to even have someone come take my order. Chip selection was one option. And their card machine didn’t work and they don’t tell you that until after they’ve made your sandwich. Skip it all together and find somewhere else to stop.

Horrible customer service, long waits, don’t communicate. Their menu says protein bowls and salads and when I ordered one they said not possible. They ran out of bowls and weren’t willing to work with someone who couldn’t have bread and their menu offers salads. My husband had to step in and say charge her for a sub and don’t put bread. Definitely language barrier here. I grabbed a tiny hot dog holder in the circle k to put spinach in. No kids juice boxes but wanted to charge full price if took the applesauce. Gave us a receipt and left us we had no idea we had to go to circle k line to pay. Horrible experience and lack of empathy for those who can’t eat bread. This subway is inside a circle k.

We drove 4mi to reach this place as we didn't like the subways around. It was worth driving, as it is independent location subway and the staff were excellent and made the sandwich to our taste. Will be sure to visit again and again...

I ordered my food, and I went to pay, and they tell me their card reader for Subway gift cards doesn't work. What a waste, I had to leave the food. If you are a Subway store and you cannot take a Subway gift card as a form of payment, you should put a sign up.

The cashier tried to cheat me with the kids combo deal. She was charging each item separately. Thankfully the gentleman came over (I take it he may have been the manager). And I told him what was happening and he fixed it. Even though he and the lady was speaking another language I understood what he was telling her. Which was basically to follow menu prices. She still tried to charge me extra and he finally told her to move out of the way and he totaled my meal himself. So glad he stepped in.

The guy making our subs was a moron. Should not be making sandwiches for Subway. Does not know the ingredients for a sandwich on the menu. Do not go to the Subway on a Saturday at 12:00. Refused to give us what we wanted on our subs. Never has this ever happened to me at a Subway. Would give no stars if I could. Will not be back

Guy who made our subs did them incorrectly he did our family one at a time rather than all at once he gave a little extra meat than he's supposed to and then when he got to the register he didnt inform us of the multiple deals that were going on that we later learned they had and when it came time for coupons he had no idea how to scan them and it took over 25 minutes for him to do so then after our order was completed we realized that there was no seats to sit at forcing us to eat in our van
