very helpful and friendly, im so sorry that i couldn’t get any names i was moving in a timely manner, but i can describe them the best way possible. So there was an older caucasian women with a british accent SO HELPFUL!!!! she went out of her way and gave me maybe the best customer service i’ve ever had in life, and a young black young man with glasses he was very helpful aswell keep up the good work kohl’s ✨

Bought some active wear. Had a kohl's gift card. Had 2 use be/4 expired date.

I was inside the store to return 3 items. It was the manager who took care this. I paid $ 629.06 in my credit card. However, they forced me to take the return in $511.78 in credit card and $110 in kohl cash ( which only equals $621.78). Not that I need to force to take the return in kohl cash instead of form I paid for it. And it is $7.26 cents missing. Shopper be aware with their cash register. Kohl can call me and I have all the receipts to back me up. The manager was nothing but with his ego attitude. He said kohl has been in business for over 100 years. What type of claim is that? Will not shop at kohl ever again after I spend that $110 kohl cash they make me to take. Now, I know why Kohl is out the business.

Store is a mess. Hangers say large clothing is small. 4t clothing is actually the 3m section. Frustrating. Good luck with that upcoming bankruptcy

I visit mostly for the Amazon Drop Off on the second floor but I always find nice pieces for work. Their line of Lauren Conrad jeans are amazing for curvy women, they are flattering. There are always sales on most products in store. This is where I go to find gifts for others.

I was in need of some new tank tops and Kohl's offers curb side pick up. I went online, set up the pick up and was able to get a 20% discount and use Kohl's cash! I saved about $12. I went to the store and parked in the pickup spot. I then went online and told them I was there. The man came out and, asked my name and gave me my stuff. It was a simple and easy process.

I enjoyed the bench when you first walk in. Then I enjoyed the the app. You can scan barcodes to find out what coupons work with what products. Not one employee made me uncomfortable. Even the guy at the register went out of his way to make sure that I had a good visit. I will be back to spend more money than I did yesterday in about a week. That's how much I enjoyed my experience.

Has a lot of differentopions for clothing really my style, but its is not cheap it is kind of expensive. I really like the clothes and the fabric. There are many different things in that store.

All this while, I only heard about how exceptionally big kohl’s stores are. And today during my visit to Kohl’s Linden what I noticed is that it's a messy store like Macy's. I was here only for a quick in-store pick up which undoubtedly was quick so I thought of checking out the store and what's it like in here. First thing I love their shopping carts, my kiddo was super happy riding in the cart as the given space in the front allow them to enjoy the ride while looking at everything around. Secondly The Store no doubt is huge and fulfills nearly all the requirements from a newborn baby to all the adults and apparently is the most unorganized stores that I've been to. Or to phrase it better I should say some areas seems to be completely untouched and all tidy up but the kid's section was totally messy. All the toys were scattered and I could see some of the boxes were torn and their pieces were out of place. So, I don't think it's appropriate to give this store more than 3 stars at least in terms of cleanliness.
