Made me wait a while one time out of about 50 to pick up an order and gave me a free soda to apologize for it. Typically they provide great service.

One guy working and he took 1 hour to make a pizza. I went there to pick it up and he let me know he didn’t even start it. I got a Buffalo chicken pizza and i get home and find out he didn’t even put any Buffalo sauce on it. Just chicken and onions. Disgusting and you clearly need to hire more staff.

I had an issue one time ordering delivery and them mixing my address up and taking a couple hours and I had to go pick it up and reorder it again after 2 hours but other than that I order from here all the time carryout. I love the crunchy thin crust pizza its the only pizza I get and the cinnamon sticks with icing. I love how close and convenient this place is next to the Whitehall apartments too. the food is always warm and it is always very good not over cooked or under cooked or cold. like I said I have gotten 3 free pizzas in the last 3 months so I order here quite a bit. I did however have to wait Carside longer than 2 minutes yesterday and I am still sour about the delivery incident how I kept getting hung up on and told I wasn't being heard and repeating the wrong address on purpose not sure why but please reach out. and I will gladly change this from 3 stars to 5 if this is made right.

I wish I could rate zero stars. I started calling at 9:40pm on 11/23/21, only to get put on hold for 15mins and had to call back. I called until 11:00 pm and each time I got, "welcome to Domino's can you hold?" Needless to say, noone came back to take my order!

I like ordering from Domino’s. I have never had an issue with them. This last time I ordered I ordered the new cheese dip but they forgot to include the twists for the dip. I didn’t call them to complain but I was upset that I was not able to enjoy the dish. This is why I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5.

Poor delivery, poor customer service. Was told I'd get call back and didn't, had to call them again, instead staying looking for our apartment they marked it as delivered and it wasn't, we aren't very happy husband is returning it as we speak no reason the pizza should be all smashed like that

A $4 delivery charge is stupid especially since it doesn't go to the drivers, but that's probably just corporate. Otherwise, this Domino's never disappoints my drunk self

My nephew is so picky but he likes Domino's he loved the pepperoni pizza. Also the app worked great. They let me know they were bringing the pizza to the car.

I ordered a veggie supreme with no Feta, and added jalapenos. I get No jalapenos and added feta :( Disappointed. Going back to papa Johns
