Sat inside to enjoy a strawberry refresher and to escape the heat. All was good until I left and landscapers where blowing dried dead clippings everywhere..my car was covered. I was covered, it even blow inside my car. As I pulled out the leaf blower guy tried to blow it off my car. Headed straight to the car wash, for a wash that was not planned. I did contact Starbucks and was told they did not hire them.

Normally y'all exceed my expectations or at least meet them... This morning, was a bust... Don't get me wrong, it was good, but not what I ordered. I didn't have time to turn around and get it fixed. I drank it because I don't like to waste drinks or money. I was very disappointed. Normally when I order Mocha Drizzle, it's all over the cup, and I love it! But I think they just completely forgot the Mocha pumps and drizzle. There was no Mocha flavor at all. I'm a Chocoholic! I got the same thing last month from another store and blew me away with how amazing it was! It was just a little upsetting today. This will not deter me from continuing to order from y'all tho. People aren't always on point. Again, it was good, just not quite what I ordered.

First time at this location and the staff and food were excellent as always. The girls were very pleasant and friendly. Enjoyed my visit.

It's my 1st time here since they built the place, and I was very comfortable and it wasn't very crowded. I was able to even have a business meeting and the staff was nice

I love Starbucks and this one in particular. The baristas are very friendly. They really know how to make every drink on the menu and will even do customizations to perfection. Great customer service always pleasant and they are following covid-19 protocol above and beyond what the CDC suggests. I commend them for their efforts and for being open during a pandemic so I can get a trenta cold brew and drive-thru and everybody is masked.

The young lady who took my order was cheerful and as sweet as could be. I was there Thursday November 18th, in the early afternoon. She took orders quickly and the rest of the staff were filling orders as fast as they could. You definitely had the "A" Team working this morning. Nice work folks!

I really don't like giving any location 1 star. The service here is always slow and there is a 50-50 chance that they get your order right. But my biggest concern now is this location has no security lights or illuminated signage of any type on the exterior of its building at night. Once it gets dark place looks like it is closed and there is a large homeless population near there so I do not feel safe and secure going to this location once it gets dark. The Dunkin donuts stays open later and has better lightning.

Nice location right in Lumberton where Lonewolf Farm Market used to be. It’s a great location and perfect stop on your way to work in the morning, but can get a bit congested in the parking lot and drive thru during busy hours (this intersection is quite busy most of the day). Inside, the interior layout is simple and allows for enough space and lighting to do your work. Service is exceptional, even for a brand new establishment. I’m glad to have one right in a neighboring town less than 10 min away!
