Unprofessional..... I went to this nail salon for years prior to Covid, never had a problem. I've been back 4 times under the new owners. Second time there two of my nails chipped but It was close to my next visit so I just had (Tom) shorten all my nails rather than lengthen two of them. It was not a problem. This time I went in on a Fri and the next day, while doing dishes, my left ring finger chipped. When I went in on Sunday I thought he was going to fix the nail. What he did was to file it down to almost half the length of my other nails. While he was filing I told him that that was not what I was expecting, I could have done that at home. I was obviously unhappy but he didn't say anything. When I told the receptionist that I wasn't happy, he came up to the front and said " Mam, you didn't say thank you". I really think that if a nail chips the very next day it should have been fix not just filed down. BTW, In all the years I've been getting my nail done, I have never had any nails chip before. Not once did I have to go back under the previous owners to have something fixed. Response to owners..... 1st, I called and told them that my nail chipped and who did my nails and was told to come in at 12. 2nd,Tom did not FIX my nail. He filed it down to half the length of all the others then put polish on the tip.. 3rd, I have been getting my nails done for years and never had one chip, never. This was the second time and If my nail chips the very next day, it should be fixed for free. 4th, I did not say thank you because I told him I didn't want him to just file id down and he did it anyway. The last time my nail chipped in 3 days someone else in the salon FIXED it, not just file it down. Service: Gel manicures

First time here, and very pleased! Such a beautiful up to date salon. Very nicely decorated, I love the butterfly wall also the pedi chairs are great! Great pedicure by Lisa, and Tom did AMAZING on my IBD gel refill. Will be returning son! Service: Pedicure

Had a bad experience a few weeks ago while getting a simple acrylic fill. My nails came out crooked and simply not up to par, however, after informing some of the other nail techs, Tom sat me at his station and completely redid my nails for no charge. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job. He's the reason that I continue to go to this salon, 10/10 would recommend this salon simply for Tom. Services: Acrylic nails, Nail art

I went into the salon today and I forget the guys name that did my nails. He was skinny and had tattoos but he smelt absolutely horrible. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to come across rude or mean but I had the hardest time sitting through my manicure. I get my nails done to pamper myself and relax but that was not relaxing whatsoever.

Do not let the beautiful appearance of the Salon fool you. I got a manicurist who, clearly was not trained or who did not care to take the time to properly clean my toes and feet. I also had a broken nail and she told me that it was not fixable. Someone else in the Salon ended up fixing it. Then, he passed me back to the unskilled person to polish my nails. Again, she tried polishing the nails but left unpolished gaps around the cuticles. Again, someone else rushed the polishing and it was still not satisfactorily done. In all, I paid $43.00 and walked away dissatisfied. I have never had such bad nail experience before. Service: Pedicure

Tom does a wonderful job. He takes his time and does exactly what you ask for. The salon is extremely clean and everyone is very friendly. Great place to spend some pampering time. Service: Gel manicures
