Indoors apparently closed at 1pm today, went to long drive-through lane, order my usual grande redeye. They’re coffee machine is broken so have to order expensive espresso drink instead. Asked if they could at least charge me for the drink I wanted to order instead of $7 for a drink I didn’t want. Rudely responded to by the person working there. Not going back to the place

Love everyone who works here! Staff is so friendly and always are quick to fix an order when wrong! I wish I could name names but I’m not even kidding you they are ALL amazing. Leave them a tip too they deserve it <3

The overweight barista preceded to show her coworker my order as they judged me and laughed right in front of my face as if I wasnt there the barista that also took my order was very rude the staff here needs better customer service

When I pulled up to the window a woman with headset came to the window and loudly said "Did you pay yet?" No hello, how are you, just loudly asking if I paid. Now I know while wearing a headset it may cause people to speak louder than necessary but it shouldn't compromise the customer service. Also, it was a bit windy out so the straw she tried to hand me blew away and she seemed to roll her eyes at that. I'll probably use a different location from now on.

The barista that took my order greeted me and was very hospitable. As far as I know, this place seems like it only has 1 outlet (I could be wrong) that is next to a table; just so people know, in case they want to come to also do work/study.

Whoever takes the orders during the early morning drive through has the best customer service voice! She is very friendly and attentive, and always sounds extra enthused in the early AM. All the other staff is excellent as well, and always hands me my drinks perfected and quicker than I could expect. One of the best Starbucks in the area.

A Starbucks is born. Wah LOL. Brand new handicap friendly sparkling clean building, handicap friendly free parking. All the products normally sold at all the other Starbucks, including their famous burning hot coffee of course. The management and service staff Starbucks is known for. Note: this location is in a very high traffic location just off the intersection.
