Long line long wait on Sat am. Drink wasn't like I had at other DD's

I always get my morning brew from Dunkin. They know exactly what I get and always have it ready for me.

Not good. Slow service, coffee tasted burnt.

I have gone to this location about 10 times and each time was H O R R I B L E. They have zero customer service. Coffee tastes like trash. I ordered a hazelnut croissant and they gave me 2 chocolate donuts without telling me (didn't look in my bag until I got to work). ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS TELL ME THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK. Even if you place your order on the app you're still guaranteed to wait 10 minutes even when there's barely anyone in the store. They don't know how to say basic things like "HI" and "THANK YOU" and "ILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU". LEARN HOW TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS SINCE WE ARE THE ONES KEEPING YOUR TRASH STORE IN BUSINESS.

Times are tough and it really shows. The one person here (and bless her soul) was looking up how to make drinks as she went but might have winged it on my matcha latte (which looks and tastes like a latte poured on top of some of the shamrock powder without mixing). If you need anything, wawa looks like it’s across the street and I really regret not looking for an extra 5 seconds.

Terrible, terrible experience. I ordered an iced matcha latte and a chai latte and both of them tasted like straight coffee. I also ordered 4 munchkins and she charged me for 5. Stop here to use the bathroom if you need it, but don’t order anything on or off the menu!!

The lady at night time always have some homeless guy in there giving him free drinks when I have to pay and she doesn't care how to make my drink and picks up dounts with her bare hands not tissue paper or gloves. I rather go here in the mornings the manager knows my order and remembers it right away.

A very good Dunkin. The keep the windows and floors clean which is always a tell-tell sign of quality of the food. Staff is always friendly.

The new guy messed up my order but the store manager fixed it and even brought the bag out to the car where we were waiting. He gave us a big apology. I had planned on just eating what I'd gotten but it was nice to get the order sorted out correctly.
