So incredibly rude and messed up my order multiple times. I’ve finally learned my lesson to never go there again. They messed up my order and gave me a sandwich instead of the donut I ordered, I went back and they said to give back the sandwich. I said I’m sorry I touched it with my hands and they insisted I still give it back. They refused to give my daughter's donut until I gave back the touched sandwich. I really hope they did not keep it to give to the other person after I gave it back. Out of courtesy and cleanliness you’d think they’d tell me to keep it since I had to come all the way back. My latte also had no flavor I ended up throwing it away. I’m honestly shocked this location is still in business. I will drive the extra half mile down the road to the next one for now on!

Dropped the quality of donuts probably due to inflation and rise in the prices. So forced to sell at same prices but with inferior quality.

Usually I do not stop by this Dunkin because they’ve consistently left things I paid for out of my order . However, I had the simplest order of a turkey sausage egg and cheese and I received pork . It was disgusting and frankly ruined my morning .

I said less ice! Even the cup says less ice but i got the cup filled full with ice. My friend, it took me 5 sips to finish a medium coffee

Very rude customer service. Rude while taking my order at the drive thru. No hello when I pulled up to the window. Just handed me the drink without a thank you and barely looked at me. Will make sure I don't return.

The men here are very rude. Half the time I dont get a straw or napkins. If you do not order more than one thing to eat you dont get a bag. I asked for ketchup and got one packet. The coffee typically has grounds in it and never correct. Very long wait.

The donuts are so old! I guess by the time they're delivered to the store they are already day old. They are hard. The coffee is watered down. Disappointed.

Nice breakfast of avocado on healthy bread and the staff people were friendly and efficient and quick. It was a good experience and certainly I go back. A good number of choices most healthy.

New owners. Trying to get them trained and I wish they could go back to a lid that won't let coffee splash out. I mean, it says right on the side of the cup that it contains HOT contents!
