While waiting for my order, I had to listen to the manager yell at the employee that was making my drink. Something about discussing break times, but the way he was yelling at her and speaking to her was extremely disrespectful and I felt really bad for the girl. Speaking to employees that way is never acceptable, especially in front of staff and guests.

The Starbucks is a nice medium size. It was clean and I like the way the table and chairs were set up. The staff was very nice and friendly. They were also very efficient and quick.

I've been here several times and never had a bad experience. Baristas are friendly, service is good, and my orders come out right every time. What more could you want? :-)

This has happened a few times before, I've ordered the blonde roast. Picked up my coffee and noticed it was bitter and barely warm. I was told they weren't able to fill my order and instead gave me a pour over. I usually get home and reheat etc , today I asked for a refund. You guys can do better.

While the cashier was friendly and provided a pleasant experience ordering and paying, the customer service broke down at the other end. I ordered a Frappuccino for my daughter, and I watched several orders served and picked up before inquiring as to the whereabouts of the drink. It turned out that no team member had even begun to make it. I did not expect to wait 15 minutes for one overpriced drink and ended up going outside to wait. There’s no management whatsoever of unmasked customers hovering around the pick up counter, and the lengthy experience left me regretting my visit to Starbucks.

They weren’t really packed but it took forever to get 2 croissants I ordered. 30 minutes. The girl making the food orders had friends enter the store and decided talking with them was more important than the customers. As she was making the food her friends continued calling her name. Extremely frustrating.

I'm giving 4 stars because I never had a bad experience here other than this morning with the orange haired drive thru employee. I know you changed your hours and quite a few times I've waited behind other vehicles until you open @ 6:00 am, but this morning I felt lectured on how I should not wait in the drive thru because I gave the impression that they were open. My bad, but I did not need the attitude I was given when I picked up my order. She is extremely rude and need additional training with customer service! I would have gave 5 stars but removed one star because of her!
