I really can't say enough great things about this store and it's employees. Particularly one employee there named Gabe who went above and beyond to help me with an order I placed online that was missing items when it was delivered. I was not able to reach anyone on the customer service phone number after multiple attempts so I went to the Marlton store for assistance. Gabe was able to help get though to someone and resolve the issue with the order plus have them send me the items that were missing. I frequently make purchases for my kids at Game Stop because of their excellent customer service and this time was no exception. Gabe should be commended for his helpfulness, patience and kindness. And I truly appreciate the time he spent helping me resolve this issue..

I feel like people who worked at these kind of stores 10 years ago used to be so much more passionate and proactive, they used to help you & give you more information than you needed because they genuinely wanted to. It feels like that passion is gone in these stores. Now we have to take initiative to talk to someone behind the register to get any sort of information. It seems like they don't want to be there anymore, the days where employees approach you to chat and spread their love/knowledge of video games are gone sadly.

GameStop is still a great store and business. That said, the selection of pre-owned games is limited. But, that's not their fault, it's a result of the new mostly digital market and people can't trade in downloaded games. The store is clean, the staff is professional and knowledgeable, and they do offer other items, accessories, and apparel that you'd rather see in person before making an impulse purchase online. It's still worth visiting a retail store, even if it's just to get your hands on something.

I always go to this particular Game Stop because the customer service is great. They always help me pick out the correct item for whichever gaming system I ask about and if they don't have what I am looking for they check other stores to find it for me. They are always patient and kind with me as I am often pretty clueless about most of the gaming world. I couldn't ask for a better experience whenever I go. I highly recommend..

Terrible management! The day they had ps5 pre orders she screamed at customers that she didn't have any! I also went to get a headset thats gonna be able to work with my ps5 there and she told me the wrong information and apparently the buttons on the side weren't gonna work on it with the ps5 I read now I went to the store with the receipt, box, and headset and everything that came with it and even tho she told me false information I couldn't return it for a refund because it's in there policy if the box is open they can't do that so I called customer service and they told me they don't understand why she didn't give me a refund so they told me to go to a different gamestop and go get your refund since she did tell u the wrong information. So I went to a different gamestop and they gave me a refund for the headset for the fact she told me wrong information now thats good customer service and how customers should be treated! I will never go to that gamestop ever again!

Large selection of games that will suit anybody and for any console. Many sales from month to month and benefits if you're a member of the gamestop club. The only negative that I can think of is: NO MORE RETRO GAMES!! I'm old school and miss being able to buy the NES, SNES, and Genesis cartridges. Bring them back!!! Otherwise; great place for video gaming entertainment and customer service. Satisfied!
