Unable to perform a simple transfer, but worse is the overall unprofessional attitude displayed by customer service representatives. Some seem uninterested helping but rather annoyed providing service to the customers. Will try other branch.

Pros - ??? Cons - Minimum amount needed = X, we will randomly charge you Y maintenance fee making X lower than requirement so now on top of the Y maintenance fee you pay Z surcharge for being under requirement. You have now paid us at least $50 for no good reason. The hours are PATHETIC. Closing typical work days from 5-6pm? When people are coming home from work and would like to cash their check? I disliked them enough when they were Commerce Bank, TD took it to another level of incompetence.

Do not waste your time with TD Bank. I just waited 15 minutes at this TD Bank to add my wife to an account. I was told by the clerk that they were unable to help and that I would have to wait for customer service. I decided to call customer service to add my wife instead of waiting, and customer service directed me to go back to the store. TD Bank this is 2022 and customers should not be forced to wait in line at your branches to service their accounts. Your online banking and phone banking are a joke.

This branch really messed my account up yesterday, phone support is helpless... I'm stuck waiting for the branch to open up. Somehow a check drawn on TD has put a hold on %150 of said checks face value... So it's holding some of my already cleared funds🤬 Beyond frustrated, I already limited this account to checks drawn on TD due to the headaches... Guess it's time to move on. Glad I never put my business account here, just saying

What do you think of a bank that during afternoon rush hours has only one teller on duty? I entered the lobby of the Greentree Road Marlton Branch to find initially no tellers present. When I questioned why, the ridiculous response I received was that all the other tellers were in the vault counting. I told the employee who stated this that they should be outside waiting on customers.. I was in the lobby for almost 20 minutes. The drive through lanes were long. One teller??? No wonder TD Bank is closing branches. People are fed up with this kind of customer service. They deserve no stars!!!

Middle of the day. Drive through line 8 cars deep. I go inside. One teller. 4 people in line. Am forced by an employee to use the atm for my transaction. She "shows" me how to do it by pushing all the wrong buttons and wasting so much time. I need to switch banks. TD is a nightmare.

TD Bank is Horrendous for Refinance purposes. Still waiting after 6 months. They dropped the Ball on us. We've been customers for 20 years with 800 credit scores. Applied in December 2020 for A Simple Refi and its still has NOT CLOSED. What is going on here.. Shameful TD bank Mortgage Loan officers

The most disorganized and awful TD bank I have ever come in contact with. The people are nice but the way they run the place, its efficiency, follow up and ability to accomplish anything bank related is frustrating and shockingly disappointing. I've been banking with TD for many years but only used this branch the past couple. Every time I "give them a try" the above applies.

I don't know why others are so upset but my experiences have been exceptional. I opened my business and saving accounts here and the staff have been very patient and helpful. Also, TD is the most convenient bank. unlike all other banks who operate like post office schedule, TD is reachable off hours.
