So I checked your store hours online and it stated you were open until 10 pm. Upon arriving and attempting to gain access and waiting for about 5 minutes someone answered the phone and stated that the manager decided to close early at 9:30 stating they were short staffed. And that there were only 2 people working. Not sure how your stores are run however if your hours state you're open until 10 you should be open until such time unless there are extenuating circumstances in which that does not appear to be the situation here. Being a former retail manager for a corporation, we could not close early when it was slow or we were understaffed. This is an example of exceptionally poor management as I was looking to make a purchase for necessities for an international flight that were previously overlooked and a very poor example of customer service or lack thereof. Thank you for letting me know i should reconsider purchases at all of your locations in the future.

I usually really love this store . I don't like to shop on Thanksgiving because I feel bad for the employees, but today was their sale. I went to get the $5 pjs and there was only a few . And pretty much baby sizes so. They only got from what it looked like 2 small pdq boxes. Needless to say I didn't get anything I wanted to get. I feel if you have a sale should at least get enough of the items to fill an endcap. Only one softsoap gift set. I went pretty early to . Was very excited to go and was very disappointed.

Absolutely love this store and the people who work there. What other store gives you $5 off on a $25 order on Saturdays. Not to mention they're great clearance sales.

It was okay. They had a lot of inventory on racks to be unloaded so I was not able to maneuver around the store as easily but not an issue. They were kind when my 2 year old wanted to buy a mailbox and let him pay. They were courteous about greeting us when we walked in. They were also friendly.

I gave it a 3 because the store is always a mess. I'm not sure if they don't have enough employees or what. BUT the coupons on the app are awesome especially for laundry detergent/fabric softener. And I am obsessed with the clearance section.

Hours clearly posted 8am-10pm I arrived at 9:00am. Not open. No employees at all. I think under staffed is an understatement. Unprofessional. Floors are dirty and aisles littered with merchandise. If a half star was an option I would have chosen that!
