My husband and I came to this TMobile location for help with our sim cards for our new phones. Trisha was the representative that helped us. She was kind, considerate and knowledgable about our inquiry. She got us in and out in less than 5 minutes! Super impressed with the customer service given.

The girl that answered the phone yesterday when my phone was locked had no idea how to tell me to get it unlocked. She kept on saying I don't know oh I don't know I can't help you I don't know, And then proceeded to get the phone to somebody else and even that person had no idea they need to get people in there they don't answer the phone and say I don't know customer service will help help training, Anyway I called customer service and they said all I had to do go on find my mobile site sign I to samsung account and bam it was unlocked

My husband and I went to this store earlier today (around 3pm) and it was just an all around frustrating experience. The woman who “helped” us during our time there, seemed somewhat annoyed & seemingly rolled her eyes at us multiple times (as if we didn’t know what we were talking about) - when, in fact, she was the 1 proven incorrect upon reading our account notes confirming what we had told her. She made no apologies, but continued to make it impossible to assist us in moving forward with getting a new phone (which was why we were there). Upon finally understanding our account status & what we wanted to do - my husband asked her if he could see the phone he wanted to get, (which was in stock), but instead of getting it, she just walked over to the display table phones (which are on swivels & not able to be looked at) & yelled for us to go over there - which we had already seen. We continued to ask her multiple times to please bring the actual phone out so we could see it & most likely buy it from there, but she kept insisting “this is the phone you want”. We were confused & asked why would we get a display phone? She finally said no we have it in the back - which was what we kept saying - so once again we asked if we could see THAT PHONE. It was as if she really didn’t want us to see/get it & we were bothering her by trying to move forward with this process. She finally (reluctantly) obliged, went to the back for several minutes, came out with the phone in the box. We thought we were finally getting somewhere - BUT THEN she refused to let my husband see the actual phone inside the box?! - at that point we were extremely frustrated & done with this entire bizarre experience, so we said this was ridiculous customer service and left the store. We ended up driving half an hour out to the cherry hill location. Candi, who assisted us, was the best. she was kind, helpful & made the process easy. thankfully my husband was able to leave with his new phone. it’s just unfortunate we had to drive a half hour away bc the store closest to our house was like pulling teeth trying to force this associate to accommodate us. Candi and the rest of the employees as the CH location made it even more evident that our treatment at the hainesport location was awkward, rude & frankly unacceptable.

I want to give DJ a two-thumbs up. I was at this store this past Tuesday and he helped me to get a new phone with a good plan. He was friendly and helpful and it only took about maybe 20 minutes. I was switching from another carrier and had been having a problem with that, too. He knew exactly what to do to take care of that. Thanks DJ!!

Not convenient going to get phones with the family now. Only 2 people allowed in store and I had to sit in the van with 3 kids and call my wife to talk about my daughters phones. Had to send in daughter one at a time with their mom.

This place rocks! After a long and arduous battle just to try to get a screen protector put on in another store, I decided to drive 5 more minutes and get it done here! I'm a disabled veteran and have mobility issues with my fingers and literally can't put it on myself. Well, I was informed by the manager how the other store was privately owned and some of them just aren't good with customer service. Well this is my tmobile store from now on. Keep up the good work!

Darnell And Chris where 2 of the most helpful, courteous, knowledgeable about their company and products that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to assist me. Then the sales rep assists the woman that came after me and I sat there for another 10 minutes. After he was done with his customer he went ahead and chatted up his coworkers which all four staff members were chatting about their weekend plans not assisting any of the customers. I sat there waiting to be assisted and was completely ignored like I wasnt even there. Ive never been so insulted I just walked out. It was unbelievable

GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION; this location literally has the WORST SERVICE EVER. The sales representative that first processed my Galaxy S7 put the WRONG INSURANCE on my phone that created a huge problem when I needed a replacement. Assurance could not process my claim because of the wrong insurance put on my phone so I had to process an in-house claim with T-Mobile through the phone. The in-house claim representative assured me that once I make the payment for my phone of $175 that it would be processed and shipped in 2 days BUT she failed to mention that I had to go into a T-Mobile store and finish the process and pay for the shipping fees so I was waiting for a phone that was never shipped. I went into this T-Mobile 2 days ago so I can finish the process, but before so, the sales representative and I had to go through the whole process AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME with Assurance to hear that my claim could not be processed because of the wrong insurance . I finally paid for the shipping fees and the sales representative ASSURED me that my phone would arrive in 1-2 days BUT it is actually arriving in 6 days. I stressed the need for my phone before a certain date because I am moving and starting a career and they promised me twice I would get it on certain dates but it never happened. I called this store again and this time I talked to a manager to argue my case and see if they would be able to provide me a phone sooner. He first told me how I didn't make a payment two days ago for the shipping fees when I clearly did and had a dated receipt and then he continued to tell me how I didn't have any account activity since January 2017 when I bought my Galaxy S7 in May 2017 which I also had a dated receipt. After going back and forth about how I wasn't crazy he finally found my information. WHAT?!? He then told me there was nothing he can do about my phone and it would just come in the date that was already determined in which his sales representative falsely told me 2 days ago. He clearly was so frustrated with me becuase of how frustrated I was for his store messing this whole process up. I have never been so frustrated in my life. I will be my cancelling my service with T-Mobile and going to Verizon because T-Mobile and specifically this store has made several mistakes (billing mistakes, unable to find information, sending a broken replacement phone to my sister) in which they clearly don't care about; they don't actually care about the customers. TO EVERYONE READING THIS: MAKE SURE THIS STORE PUTS THE RIGHT INSURANCE ON YOUR PHONE AND MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR RECEIPTS AND KEEP THEM CLOSE TO YOU.
