I was told no need to bring my ezpass with me and it turns out 2 months later I am still receiving toll violations and being billed for tolls plus admin fees. I am disgusted but now aware and hoped to pass this along to help other renters. I tried to complain to U-Haul and got no response 😕

This had to be the worst customer service experience I think on the planet. When given the opportunity, the employee I dealt with dismissed the fact that there was a problem. I gave him a choice to agree that he was either just dismissing the problem completely, or whether he couldn't help me, and he I quote said "I'm not going to help you I could help you but I'm not going to"
