Tijuana Lane, the owner of QOE, provided me and my daughter with both exceptional service and care, in warm and friendly environment. Listen, my daughter is tender headed and will cry at the drop of a dime, she is a worm in the chair, and really finds it hard to sit still. Tijuana washed, conditioned and braided my daughter's hair, without as much as a wriggle or tear, but there were plenty of smiles and laughs. I really like that she certified in sanitation, and trained in how to prevent and treat hair loss, so I don't have to worry about her edges. In summary, if you want stylists that care, and provide you with "Nordstrom" level 5 star service, bless yourself and go see Tijuana and Taylor, down at Quality of Excellence, you won't be sorry.
