Have y’all ever been inside of this place? 👀. I’ve never seen so many flies in my life. All over the donuts, the coffees to go on the counter, and the workers acted like they didn’t even see them 😷. And don’t get me started on the coffee 🙄. I didn’t realize each dunkin priced their items different. This place I paid more money for the worst coffee. I ordered coffee atleast 2 times before I never went back for coffee. I then just started ordering toasted bagels with butter, which was actually really good, but after I stepped foot in that place I’ve never gone back. It’s unfortunate because it’s so close to me but I’d rather go all the way down 73 in maple shade where everyone is kind, the prices are a little cheaper, but most importantly the coffee is exactly what you need to start the day. It’s a no for me

Ok service,they forgot my tomatoes on my Avocado Toast and my sandwich only had 2 pieces of bacon on it&my side of maple bacon strips wasn't crispy at all

I come here frequently now that I recently moved to area first time I came I was in a good mood and put $40 tip in their jar because there were none now after coming here several times I see why no one tips these people. They are not pleasant with great always appear to be unenthusiastic about doing their basic jobs. Today I came to the drive thru because that’s a service Dunkin’ Donuts provides and was told to park in front typically that means someone will bring your food to your car or what I would assume being a traveling entrepreneur that services several states and frequently use drive thrus for quick snacks I watched 3 people go in and come out before me several cars pull off from drive thru before I decided to go in and check on food status the guy clearly looked like he was waiting for me to walk in but did not clearly instruct me to walk in from the drive thru. Typically spend average of $10+ a day if not every other day at this specific location since it’s around the corner from my new residency that would be a little over 200 a month at least if we are doing quick math. I’m not coming back here. Understanding America is all for free enterprise I am not one to spend money where my money is not appreciated or respected. Very poor work ethic integrity just because you can does not mean you should treat people any kind of way. We all answer to someone for the energy we put out in this world! I’m expecting Karma to come back around for the treatment that was intentional today.

Everytime I give this dunkin’ donuts a chance they disappoint me every time. The workers in the drive thru are always rude. I’m convinced they make the customers food with their eyes closed because there was this inside my sandwich.. How did the workers not catch this?! Every time I come to this location I always have a bad experience. Workers will never greet you. Drive thru line is usually always slow. Please avoid this location.

I don’t know why I keep doing it to myself, but I guess it’s because it’s convenient since I live walking distance. Every single time I’ve come to this location my mobile order is never ready and I am not exaggerating when I say, it is wrong every single time. There is ALWAYS an issue. Whether it be with the coffee or the food I order, it’s literally never been accurate. I need to stop wasting my time and my money coming here. Also during a pandemic it’s pretty unsanitary that the staff wears their masks around their chins and no gloves while preparing food. Please save yourself the stress and just go somewhere else.

I stop at this DD because it is on my way to work in the morning. No matter how much time I budget for stopping to get coffee, they always manage to outdo themselves and make me late for work!! Mobile orders are never done when you arrive. Sometimes the door is just locked when you get there. The drive thru lane moves very slowly and the employees are absolutely rude! I keep stopping because of the convenient location but I refuse to continue to pay money to be mistreated daily. I am finally breaking up with this location and finding a DD that is well run and pleasant.

I go here almost every day, sometimes twice a day. I just placed an online order and pulled up to the drive-thru around at 2:31 PM on Sunday July 18th. I waited at the drive-thru speaker and no one greeted me. I waited a few minutes and decided to drive to the window. I witnessed an employee sitting in the lobby playing on her phone. She stared at me and didnt care. Eventually she came to the window and stated the location was closed - the location is open until at least 8pm. This employee was extremely rude and waved me to leave. I will never, EVER come back to this location. I went down the road and a different Dunkin stated this is not uncommon from this location. This DIFFERENT Dunkin filled my order and stated that this Palmyra location closes whenever they want and are very rude to customers. Bye Palmyra Dunkin.

I usually don’t write reviews for Dunkin, but the gentleman at the drive-thru window was on top of it. (Pierre? is the name on our receipt.) We had a rather large order with two kids in the car. One of our biggest complaints is that we always have to ask for napkins. (Because the kids get boston cream donuts and you know that’s going everywhere.) He nailed our order and even gave us napkins.
