Went for a Christmas tree they had a limited supply but we were able to find one to our liking. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Have gone hear the past two year for our Christmas tree and this year to see Santa. The Christmas tree selection is great and the way they have them setup makes it feel like an actual tree farm. Seeing Santa this year was also a perfect experience. The staff is super friendly and we will be going back hear for Christmas for years to come!

Nice place. Would recommend for garden and seasonal needs. They have stuff you won't find at lowes. Its kind of a tradition to stop at christmas and look for trees and decorations.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Awful experience just trying to get them to come out for a consult. After waiting several weeks and taking a day off from work, she was a no-show. I called the office and she tried to cancel me. Extremely unprofessional! Then after waiting weeks for the proposal she did not include anything I said I wanted and included the exact things I said I did not want. Finally got that straightened out and gave the required 50% deposit, and they still did not come out to start the work. Finally I just had to cancel them and they had the audacity to charge me a 10% cancellation fee. When I explained how unhappy I was with the way I was treated and their unprofessional conduct, they did nothing to make it right - didn't even offer an apology, only excuses. I cannot recommend Groff's for anything. Go somewhere else if you want quality service for your money.

The house we sold in 1992 had a yard of beautiful trees and bushes from you. When we retired up north, we brought all of the handmade beauties from your shop. I'll check back in 25 years or so. What a wonderful memory.

Great service, very friendly, and quick to understand. Girlfriend and I had some questions about succulents, and very helpful suggestions were made. Layout of the store is charming, and the baby chicks are adorable. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, and another visit is definitely on the itinerary.

Does not carry a good variety of annuals and perennials. Definitely pricey for what is being offered. The owner has a quick temper and talks in derogatory speech about customers behind their backs as he collects his money from these customers. With all the good garden centers around I find it is amazing this company is still in business. The current owners father created a good reputation for this garden center but since the son has taken over, it is long since gone. Shop elsewhere, you'll get more value and healthier plants at other garden centers. The only bright spot in the entire center is the garden center manager, she's a ray of sunshine in a dismal backdrop.
