Very friendly, knowledgeable brothers. Explained the quote, went out to my car 3 times ( it was cold) to verify everything, and we knew so many of the same Scotch Plains residents we spent the whole time smiling. Their quote was the lowest and they sent me to another auto repair shop, as that shop could fix one issue for far less. Able to save over $500 from other quotes.

Amazing body shop that transformed my car from totaled by my insurance back to perfect condition. The owners, Angelo and Tommy, are incredibly meticulous with their work and will give you an honest, personable, and professional experience. For the last job done, I got a quote at C&L Autobody before going to Plains Auto. C&L didn't give me the time of day and created incorrect estimates. After I went to Plains Auto and did the work with them, they did a perfect job for significantly less cost than what C&L would've charged. When I got my car back, I was actively looking for imperfections, misalignments, mismatched color, etc and I couldn't find a single flaw in their work. Look at the attached photo, the car you see there was previously deemed a total loss by my insurance. It now looks and drives perfectly. Plains Auto is an easy recommendation for anybody with a car that has seen better days. Ask for Angelo and he will take care of you. Went to pick up vehicle that was impounded at 4 pm and offices were closed. Per police they are to be opened till 5pm. Now we are going to have to pay for an extra day of impound. HOW IS THAT FAIR

I had gotten into an accident and Plains Auto Body was the recommendation of the other party's insurance company. We got our car back and you couldn't tell it was even in and accident. They were quick and responsive. I am glad that we went with Plains.

This company has store hours listed. I've been calling nonstop only to get an answering machine. I left several messages and NO ONE has yet to respond. I just recently called again, someone answered and hung up. I called right back and no one is answering again! Who runs a business like this? Do I need to contact the BBB now? There should be a way I could rate with ZERO stars!

Decided to ask a question about there online "free estimate" and he says no it's not free because it has to be dropped off when they left it here so they could provide us with a free estimate, definitely not telling anyone to visit here in the future even if they work with the towns police. Rude owner, that just knows how to tell in your face. Disgusting.
