Exemplary customer service! The employee's are knowledgeable and prompt with service. They were cheerful and the atmosphere in the bank was fantastic. The manager Mrs.Martin is almost always there to assist and keep things running smooth. If any problems arise she is more than happy to step in and resolve them quickly and correctly. I look forward to my future visits at this branch.

Customer service sucks at this branch. Neither of the employees no show till 1:15, then ignore that there are 6 customers waiting.Took 20 minutes for her to help me after they did arrive. M. Hunter and male counter part with no name tag today. Called the Normandy beach great service there. They made calls for me and helped. From now on I will only use the Normandy branch.

I am always having problems with this branch since I have moved to Florida. They won't go beyond the call of duty to help with anything, including management. Even my free checks got charged against my account. I am always having to waste a lot of time getting them to correct errors that they made. I did however love how I was treated in Houston, TX. I will often call a branch out there, when I can't get anywhere here. And I always come away a happy camper, when I get help from the Texas branches.

They've always been nice and helpful at this location. I wouldn't recommend this bank but the employees at this location are good.

The customer service I received from Booker was horrible at best. I was the only customer and I still had to wait 5 minutes for service. Once he came over to assist me his demeanor was the equivalent of someone who had just gotten out of bed. By the way I don't actually bank with them I went there because they were the closest western union agent. I hope the people who bank with them receives better service than I did.
