Nobody cuts my hair the way I like. I have had the same person cut my hair for the last 10 years, but when she moved locations, I felt lost in a world that could not satisfy my chronic bad-hair-dayz. Several of my friends recommended I go to WILDFLOWER STUDIO to get a cut. The staff was Kool (Capital 'K') ,Funny and Intelligent. They took me in right away and like the hair-whisperer tamed the nesting material that I call hair. I will be a regular client from now on. Josephine, you really nailed it! Thanks to you and your awesome staff. -drj-

Giving one star because that is the minimum. From the looks of their Instagram page, they do great work. I cannot comment on the quality of their work because they booked me for a bridal trial appointment on a day that they were closed!! Oh, and it happened to be the day of my bridal shower so I was running around like a nut trying to get a blowout somewhere else, an hour before my shower. Two types of people do the scheduling here. The choice is to speak to someone completely incompetent but nice or someone whose rudeness is so off-putting that you cannot possibly stand to speak to her. Back in July, I scheduled a bridal hair and makeup trial appointment for 9/9 and another appointment for the day of my wedding, 10/6. When 9/9 arrived, I drove 60 miles to wildflower on the morning of my bridal shower, only to find the place totally dark and closed. It turns out, they are closed on Sundays. On Tuesday, I called, to clear up the mix up. I had no intention of cancelling with them, I just wanted perhaps an apology and most importantly to confirm that my 10/6 appointment was made correctly. The woman that picked up the phone had zero patience for me, was completely skeptical of my story, and barely uttered an insincere apology after she exhausted all of her other options. It turns out I was booked for my trial on 10/9, 3 days after my wedding - yeah, because that makes a lot of sense. She left me no choice but to cancel and give up on this place totally. Beyond frustrated and disappointed.

Ok. So I was trying to find the best way to describe my experience here, and I finally found the words tonight. First, my son has been coming to this salon for a while. He is 3, and he has been looking like a model because of these women!! I was hesitant to come here because I was worried about the cost and I was worried about going to someplace where my son loved and ruining it for him. These fears were 100 percent unfounded. MY HAIR IS INCREDIBLE. THIS IS HOW INCREDIBLE IT IS: I went out tonight and I saw a friend and her boyfriend. They are 15 years younger than me. The boyfriend said “when you came up, I didn’t even recognize you. Your hair was so different and you just looked so.... young?” WTFOMGBBQ NO ONE EVER HAS TOLD ME ANYTHING LIKE THAT AND HE IS THE FOURTH PERSON TO SAY THAT I LOOK YOUNG!! I love my hair. I love Maria and I love this salon and it was not nearly as expensive as I thought it might be and it was worth every. Single. Penny. Thank you thank you thank you!!
