Beyond Our Expectations! This is just an understatement of what I can say about Mark and his team. Mark and Jill came out to our home to provide estimates on a few projects we needed to have completed: upgrading the trim to our house, replacing the soffits and to repair the deck. Mark explained to us easily in layman’s terms what needed to be done and more importantly why. He provided his professional recommendations. I can say that we did get other estimates from other companies, but the representatives that came out were not as detailed or as concise as Mark. I can go on to say that The Builder’s estimates were more than reasonable. We gave him our vision and what Mark and his team produced were beyond our expectations. We are so happy with the end results….more to come! Being at home during these unprecedented times gave us the opportunity to see their hard work, their tenacity, and their attention to detail to get our projects completed in a timely fashion. Remodeled bathroom 2 yrs ago, $6,000 job, cracked grout and the plumbing was leaking into kitchen ceiling, new fan installed and doesn't work properly. Tried again for kitchen backsplash and missing grout, put up cracked tikes, left a major mess for us to clean up, made several trips to our house and job still not 100% complete. Waste of time and money! The crew are rude and were asking when my wife is coming home??? Took my money and left me with a broken outlet on kitchen. Homeowners beware! You will get what u pay for.

We had the Builder build us a front porch and back steps. He also finished our ceiling in our living room as well as putting a drop ceiling in our downstairs bathroom. My husband and I are in our late seventies and while we used to do a lot of our own construction no longer can. We found Mark the owner and his helper Shaun to be quite competent, through and very likeable. They listened to what we wanted and made every effort to meet our needs. Never have I seen someone so dedicated , hard working and likeable as Mark. He was a delight to have around and we also found his prices were very affordable.

Mark and Jill are busy for a reason. They will continue to be busy because of their excellent service and quality work. I referred them to at least 3 clients so far, to remodel bathrooms and a kitchen and they were absolutely blown away by the service and the finished product. All 3 jobs were beautiful with absolutely no problems. Jill is so friendly and accommodating and makes all her clients very comfortable which is super important when investing in a room remodel,because we all know they're not cheap and it can be very overwhelming . You guys are great!

We had three contractors come out to give us quotes and Mark was the only one who would/could do what we wanted. Our deck and shed are the talk of the town! Did amazing work on my bathroom. Was able to make custom in wall sheving and replaced a water damaged ceiling like it never happened. Reasonable price without sacrificing quality.

Never showed up! Not even th courtesy of a phone call. I made the appointment for 530pm, got an email confrimation for 630, and nobody showed! Horrible business practice. If you don’t want a job, don’t waste people’s time, it’s as valuable as yours!
