I called Ken at Audio Nexus because my Arcam needed upgrading. He was very helpful and went above and beyond with his impeccable service. My receiver is now back, hooked up and compatible with the current HDMI standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Audio Nexus is one of the landmarks of Summit's downtown. The owner Ken actually is its greatest appeal. Ken has a keen sense of a buyer's needs and recommends based on those needs. Audio Nexus doesn't stock popular mass manufactured items but it is one of those places that has audio products that a discerning ear demands. You can get a budget deal here as well as your heart's desires. But the important thing is that you get a comprehensive audio/visual setup that YOU envision. I found myself getting into Audio and heard from a cousin who had purchased his music system (he's had that now for 30 years!) from Audio Nexus. The experience was simply wonderful and I was not only informed what matters in an Audio system but also how to put together an audio system for my taste and home set up. The cables I purchased here deliver high quality sound. The amps and speakers are just brilliant and deliver crisp sound. My setup looks like Ice Cream, it'll make you drool and want one for yourself Ken takes a deep interest that you understand your system and helps you set it up. I'm sure you'll appreciate Audio Nexus' expertise in the world's best Audio range products, it's just broad and deep.

I had a great experience working with Ken at Audio Nexus. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive and never pushy. I'm extremely happy with the system we put together. After a few weeks of ownership some bad static appeared out of one of my speakers. Ken immediately diagnosed the problem as a faulty tube in my Rogue Integrated Amplifier. He called the manufacturer for me and I had a replacement tube in 2 days. Just amazing service. I'll look forward to working with Ken in the future and I would highly recommend Audio Nexus to anyone.

You can't go wrong with Ken and his team at Audio Nexus. They've helped me with everything from very high end audiophile equipment to more basic systems for my tvs and kitchen. They always listened to what I wanted and delivered. There was never any push to spend more than was needed (or more, when I couldn't hear the difference). Most importantly Ken has given me many moments of pure joy listening to some very fine sounds!

I have dealt with Audio Nexus for some 30 years. Since the first time I walked into their showroom in Summit, NJ, I was struck by the deep knowledge of audio they have and how they were willing to spent a great deal of time with me to put the system together that gave me the sound that I wanted. Over the years, I have upgraded, bought another system and additional equipment. Just upgraded a sound system recently. When I had a problem, they were always there, quickly responding and expertly advising the best way to handle what I needed.
