Entered the store, tried to ask the person at the front desk for directions. He was too busy texting on his phone. When I went to ask for directions, he told me to wait a minute until he was done texting. Great customer service. When I got directions, he sent me to the back of the store, where after five minutes, I found out the product was in the front of the store. When I asked the cashier for directions he had no idea. We finally found the product ourselves. When we went to look at the product the cashier came back and told us we were in an area that did not allow customers. When I asked how we could look at the product, he told us from a distance! Really! At that point we had had enough. So we began to walk out. The person at the front desk gave us a sarcastic "Have A Nice Day" with a smirk on his face. Absolutely horrible customer service. Would not recommend this store to anyone. Probably will be gone in two years, along with the below average worker. Found item in Costco for a lower price, with great customer service. Goodbye Best Buy!

This geek squad is a freaking joke! If something happens to your computer just take to a small/regular place where people simply fix things, they can't fix some things from some brands if you didn't buy from them, they ask you 85 freaking dollars just to give you some poor idea of what is happening. It's just an extension of best buy making you waste more money in the store, is not a real place to actually fix your computer. Just take to a REAL professional

I went to the electronic section and bought a Laptop at a very good price. The Sales Rep was was very acknowlogeable about the product. Then I was sent to the Geek Squad desk to have an App downloaded. There I waited 2 hours and it was already closing time. I had to returned the next day to pick it up my computer. BEST BUY I LIKE YOU, I REALLY DO, BUT YOU NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE.

Dean, Geek Squad Manager I believe, was incredible. He helped me with tech support on an old laptop, then helped me set-up my new laptop while helping others. True multi-tasking is rare. And shout out to Matt for helping purchase the new laptop!

What a horrible location. Waited over 15 minutes just to speak with someone in the electronics department after asking two other employees if there was someone available to assist me. I finally get someone to assist and wouldn't you know it, the item I was looking for is "out of stock" . I checked the website BEFORE going to this location and the site showed that both new, and open box were in stock. This is now the THIRD time I've gone to this location only to be told the same thing. I saw the item I was looking for in the clearance cage which is locked. I asked the associate twice about it, and both times he just ignored me With prices at or above $5.00 a gallon, I might as well make myself wait around, tell myself no, then throw money out the front door; I'd get the same result. Also, would it hurt to smile every once in a while? Most of the employees look like a mess (shorts half tucked in, not tucked it at all, dirty shirts, etc.). Their appearance, coupled with their attitudes makes me wonder why I even bother going there. If I were the District Manager, I'd be disgusted with how these employees look and behave. Micro Center will be getting my business from now on. It might be a little further of a drive, but at least they'll have what I'm looking for in stock, and will smile while I hand over $1,000.00+ of my hard earned money.

Drove all the way from South Amboy.. CLOSED!! Nothing on Google about store hours changing. Must be hard times. No wonder Amazon is so successful.

Just spent nearly 30 minutes in this store trying to purchase a tablet. No one could be bothered to help me. Approached several people in BB shirts but each one had an excuse and promised to call someone for me. Even the Geek Squad couldn't get anyone to stop standing around talking or stocking shelves to actually sell something. This is why people buy things online... and not from Best Buy.

Love this Best Buy ! I go here all the time . The price match is great. He sales associate named Tyler is always soo polite , helpful and very knowledgeable . I usually look for him when i go . Will continue to shop here

Had to pick up an order that was placed. It was quick and easy. I never had a problem at any Best Buy though. Well organized and clean. Helpful people at the door as well. This Best Buy is also in a great location to other stores as I based my order on store availability and location to other stores to run my errands. It was a litttle out if my way but lined up with other stores I needed to go to so it actually saved me time and gas money. Which is so important these days.

Warning keep away. Poor customer experience. First, I was told the bathrooms are out of order and I can go to Old Navy two door down. As Best Buy staff come out of there public bathrooms. It got worse, when I went to purchase a new cell phone plan, I waited in line for about 15 minutes while the Best Buy staff member was talk to his friends about paint vs wrapping his car. There was no discussion regarding phones or anything best buy sell during my entire time in the store. I left the store in frustration and about 20 minutes later i returned to report poor customer service to the manager. The manger stated the bathrooms were unsafe but ok for staff to use. What does that mean? Then the manager stated the salesperson was creating a rapport with his customer. The staff member was still hanging with his friend an hour later. I will never use this store.
