Shopped today and was pleasantly surprised at how awesome my customer service experience was with Beatrice!!! From the moment I walked in she was a breath of fresh air and then went out of her way to get me some of my favorite scents that weren't on the floor. She was so sweet and sincere about her efforts to help!! Thank you, Beatrice!! As always, a super clean store and an overall enjoyable shopping experience. Summer scents are out and depending on your preference - that's either a good thing if you like to change it up, or a negative if your favorites are seasonal. Nothing to do with the store, a corporate faux pas, don't love that we're no longer reviving coupons and each trip to this store is averaging me minimum $75. ~A

Had to pick up an order that was placed. It was quick and easy. I never had a problem at any Best Buy though. Well organized and clean. Helpful people at the door as well. This Best Buy is also in a great location to other stores as I based my order on store availability and location to other stores to run my errands. It was a litttle out if my way but lined up with other stores I needed to go to so it actually saved me time and gas money. Which is so important these days. ~E

Love this store, esp. the floral/garden section. The greenhouse area is inspirational and peaceful with the most beautiful displays! Whoever creates these garden areas is an artist! During the pandemic the greenhouse room has served as an oasis of refreshment. Thank you to all the staff! ~Laura

The most helpful staff ever! My dogs paw looked infected this morning and they were able to squeeze me in same day for an appointment. The vet tech, Dylan, was so helpful and nice. He halved all the pills for us and was so good with my dog. I had to bring my one year old with me since it was last minute and the office staff helped me by walking my dog to my car for me while I pushed the stroller. They made everything as easy as possible for me I couldn’t thank them enough! ~Tracy
