Shopped today and was pleasantly surprised at how awesome my customer service experience was with Beatrice!!! From the moment I walked in she was a breath of fresh air and then went out of her way to get me some of my favorite scents that weren't on the floor. She was so sweet and sincere about her efforts to help!! Thank you, Beatrice!! As always, a super clean store and an overall enjoyable shopping experience. Summer scents are out and depending on your preference - that's either a good thing if you like to change it up, or a negative if your favorites are seasonal. Nothing to do with the store, a corporate faux pas, don't love that we're no longer reviving coupons and each trip to this store is averaging me minimum $75.

I love love love this location? First they have everything in stock and the staff is just amazing! Talk about people who love what they do and willing to chat about all kinds of great products.. this is the best location out of all of the area ones!

I have problems with my vision. I visited this store on Christmas Eve and asked a associate for help at the door. She grabbed Caitlyn for me and Caitlyn walked me through the store to help me find the scents of candles I was looking for from start to finish. I would recommend this store for excellent customer service

Staff was exceptionally kind and resourceful. The manager was so cheerful and made sure everyone on line was comfortable. There was water being offered as well. The staff was so welcoming and inviting. I had a great experience and these employees really put in so much effort into their job! Plus it was opening day and they handled it with grace and a smile!!

Sam is awesome!!! I came in trying to find a leaves candle before they ran out, I couldn’t find one so I asked Sam who asked the girls up front and they said “oh no we’re all out we already looked for some”. However Sam kept looking for me, I told her that the other night the other girl pulled one from over in one area and showed her, she went and looked under all the tables for me and she found a whole box of them. I was so excited I hugged her! It’s the little things in life and because she wasn’t lazy and actually took the time out to look, she made my day!
