Not sure why they have such miserable people working in their pharmacy. Donna the pharmacy tech is very rude.

9 times out of the last 10 I have stopped here there were terrible issues with checking out. Please CVS, fix your self check outs or keep an employee designated to the register.

CVS's are not my go-to for drug store needs..This review isn't reflected by my bias but rather the poor(what I see as standard) customer service and lack of care for customer concern. Found at most that I've been to but mostly steer clear as plenty of better more professional and quality alternatives.... Prove me wrong....

Negative 10 stars. Pulled up at 955 pm on a Sunday 3/27/2022 . Doors were locked. Looked inside. There was still a customer at the counter, and the clerk working clearly saw me. Pure laziness out of this staff, trying to cut corners. Don’t have a job if you’re going to try and leave 5 min later than your shift ends.

Mathew and Lauren need to be trained or retrained on how to run their store and pharmacy including cvs.com because they have no idea what to do when a customer (myself) asks for an explanation as to why my account was debited, but they didn't send my items, saying they were out of stock. Yet all the items I requested and paid for, were on the shelves. Incompetent is an understatement for those two. Corporate needs to train all the staff at this location and give some customer service advice as well. I'm switching to a Hometown Pharmacy. They are professional and don't blame the customer for their actions or lack of action. Today6/30/21my prescriptions were once again screwed up, AGAIN. Do not go to this cvs!!! If I could give negative stars, I would give them and Lauren a -5⭐'s

The woman in the pharmacy was extremely rude and showed zero care in the world. I was there to pick up a prescription for my sick 2 year old son. Who was with me as was my 6 month old daughter. I was told to wait 15 minutes and I asked if any way they could get it quicker as I have a sick child and a baby with me or should I come back. She responded yea I have one of those (referring to my 6 month olds daughter) at home too. Showed some real care. Very disappointed and shocked at the lack of care in the world.

I was followed in the store and cornered at the tabernacle 1497 location in nj. There were no signs stating masks are required and their website says you do not need one if vaccinated. People were being kicked out for not wearing one despite no signs or markings indicating anything was now required. However several people were left unbothered without having to put one on.. I have MS and get tremors and this lady made me start shaking so bad that I had to stand still for a few minutes until I could walk again but I was groggy and everyone stared at me. Employees stood next to me as I was looking at items staring at what I was doing and it made my shaking much worse. I sent in a complaint to corporate since no one could give anyone asking questions, answers. There is nothing passed by the state or through CVS on the website. The worker said “well some cvs and Walmart’s are making it mandatory again” but there is nothing posted and nothing online, on the news, nothing. It was wrong and I could’ve gone into a full attack. I’m lucky it was just a little one but how about dont approach people in a defensive manner for something you don’t advertise.

The lead pharmacist is being under utilized by the company. I'd guess she is not being paid what she is truly worth to that CVS. And despite the chaos swarming in and about the entire pharmacy. Her name is Kate and she has a level of grace and poise I've seen possessed only by astronauts. She is the rock that pharmacy uses as foundation and the glue keeping the operation together as well as the oil keeping tho he smoothly moving. And "NO" I do not know her personally. I just see what anyone with 2 eyes and common sense could see. As for the retail area, I only really am a pharmacy patron. This is how I can see that CVS needs to seriously incentivise Kate because if I was in need of an executive in practically any field, id not just poach her skilks I'd poach her skills and help her build her own staff. She would be my first pick on my team. Maybe she is happy, and I don't know if she is fairly compensated. But I can NOT. Imagine she is being paid her true worth. I've been a pharmacy patient for over 10 years there, I'm not sure how long the staff with Kate started, but I do know from my repeatedly excellent treatment, especially for one specific reason I took notice. I take a couple medications that are considered by those who either don't know or think everyone is an addict. But she never treated me as such, which I wasn't and still am not: however when I had my clinical onset of anxiety, and panic attacks w/ depression features...and insomnia just thrown in there to make it truly difficult. But I was in my late 20s when every pharmacy I would go to month after month, judged me by age? Commonality? And I probably didn't look my best, but every time my prescriptions were 100% legitimate, while many pharmacists assumed the worst Kate cared for me as a patient, a fellow human suffering, and I have been on these medications for over 19 years. If however, I lost a compassionate and empathetic pharmacist. I'd truly be even more anxious. I am unable to operate as a non medicated human. I know if lie in one spot and not eat, shower, sleep, and mainly suffer until I just wilted and died. That type mental ailments I have are so simply treated with medication or if left untreated can steal all things from you. It is long overdue we treat mentally ill patients the same way u do a cancer or other terminal illnesses. Bottom line, Yes! I highly recommend this C VS.

I've been waiting almost 10 months for a reply from this store ....regarding an unpleasant incident that occured, there. I called Corporate.....I was then directed to the District Manager for this store. I phoned her 3 times and she never contacted me. I then called another Cvs store and spoke to their District Manager. She was appalled. She said she would help me.......that was 6 months ago I have never shopped there again. And I'm not giving up.

This cvs is in such a beautiful building with a huge parking lot and a great location but the inside is somewhat of a disaster. It seems to be better lately but I have seen it on numerous occasions where I was literally stepping over boxes to get to the product I needed. It has potential to be a winner it just needs some guidance from cvs headquarters. It has a drive thru pharmacy.
