Went in for an oil change and when you're there they ask to do everything else on the car. I don't mind that, but I got every extra service except having the brake fluid flushed which seemed to annoy the service technician. But I did have them flush the coolant system and paid the extra amount to have it done. Later on when I popped the hood to top off the brake fluid, I took a look at the coolant and it was low, so I had to add coolant myself. So I'm now wondering if they did the coolant flush as it doesn't look like anything was done at all. And now I'm wondering if the oil was actually changed, too. Service: Oil change

They damaged my front bumper after performing a brake fluid flush on my car, they didn’t even tell me about it until I did my own inspection and found the car was damaged. I went and speak to the lady at the front desk and she told me to wait, after more than 10 mins I went back in to find out she was eating her food and wasting my time waiting for her.. eventually she told me to fix the car myself in a rude tone and there was nothing she could’ve done. Service there is also overpriced, I usually do all the work on my car but I needed a brake fluid flush quick and I didn’t have the equipments to do it. I’d stay away from this place if you don’t want random things to break from your car. Update: District manager just called and told me he would give me a discount if I remove the review or and come back for more services. No thank you, I don’t more stuff to break from my car. Accurate update; you told me to buy the bolts bumper and you install it for me after breaking mine(because screwing the bolts is such a hard task haha), it definitely had something to do with you. It was fine before I came in. You don't love your customers, you love ripping them off.

Do not use this place if your going change your oil they price is way to high 100 for oil change that is ridiculous. Is the first time that I come to that place and when they change my oil they damage drain plug and even though they damage they didn’t say anything I have found out when I sow oil in my driveway I have to go my mechanic and he told me thEy damage drain plug and it was loose I could have fell of anytime and it will have damage my engine.. i spoke with that manager she was rude and she said they couldn’t do nothing about it. My car have never leak and that first time I do oil change in the place they damage my car And they didn’t do nothing about it.. they will tell you that your car have a lot things that need to be fix but they are Lying they said that same thing to me. i when yo my mechanic he told me there is nothing wrong with my car that only thing was that they damage my drain plug. They just want to take your money and make thing up don’t believe them. Service: Oil change

Let me just tell you how AMAZING this shop is!!! Delton and Darbin went above and beyond and saved my car! Earlier today I had gone to another Jiffy Lube in Queens to get a simple oil change. A couple of hours later I'm driving to visit my brothers in NJ and my car is alerting that my oil pressure is dropping insanely quick. My car starts smelling like burnt oil and the car motor is sounding terrible. Me and my fiance pullover and pop the hood to realize I have NO OIL and it leaked all over my car. The Jiffy lube in Queens completely messed up my car. I called them up and they said to see if I could bring my car back into their shop. Which is insane given I'm in a while other state. I told the rep that I will Google the closest Jiffy lube and found this shop. I called and spoke to Delton who said to come right in and they will take a look to see what's going on. Luckily we were near a gas station and my fiance was able to pour 2 liters of oil in order to make it to the other shop. While we're driving my check engine light goes on and my oil pressure is at a 4! We barely made it and we're greeted by Delton and Darbin. They took a look and we're shocked my Jeep even made it to their shop! They said my engine was super close to being shot and that the other shop didn't put my filter back right and that I needed a new filter. Darbin quickly went to work and started fixing my issue without a second thought, they just wanted to do what was right for me. They were super professional and even took it upon themselves to call up the first Jiffy lube to speak with the manager and tell them how serious this was. I have already recommended this Jiffy lube to all of my family that lives in NJ. I will be returning to the Jiffy lube in Queens to speak with the manager to get this issue resolved. Under my hood is completely covered in oil and even my battery light is coming up on my dash board. Happy that I met these guys, Darbin and Delton, who saved my day and my car 🙏🤗

Customer service was ok, price for new breaks for up there but the mechanic who checked me out for payment allowed me to add an online coupon. I was told an hour for servicing for my car, it was about an hour 45

The full note is for the staff. Friendly, helpful and understanding professionals. The oil change was quick and efficient, If you own a car for a while, you will feel it and feel the difference between the quality of oils. The pricing was a bit high, but I’m definitely going back there.

Hate to have to do this but concern for driver safety and thorough workmanship needs to be present during every job when working on motor vehicles. This was not the case when my vehicle was serviced at this branch. There is an access panel that needs to be removed under my car to access the oil filter and remove the oil. When this was removed, it was not properly secured, or may not have been at all and was left loose prior to me leaving jiffy lube. Shortly after my visit, while on the highway, I hear a loud scraping sound coming from underneath my car. It is that access panel hanging on for dear life by the few screws left that were still tight or somewhat in but loose enough to turn with my fingers. There is no way that this could have happened without more than one screw being loose or missing, not on a youngish car with only 30,000 miles on it, right after this oil change. Luckily some of them were loose enough that I was able to climb under my car, ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY, take the screws out and redistribute them to at least keep the panel up enough to last the 8 hour drive to start my vacation. Luckily this was not quite life threatening, but this lack of attention to detail can absolutely just as easily result in a much more serious mistake being made that can cause injury to a driver or the vehicle. I went back to the branch once I returned from my vacation, spoke with the manager on duty and she took the car back in to the garage and secured it with new screws, still waiting to see if I'll get a refund once she speaks to her manager. Hopefully she will take this seriously and share this information with the employees that need to know this is something to be taken very seriously to prevent much more costly mistakes from happening.

This place is excellent! Fast and friendly customer service. Very efficient and answered my questions before I asked A+ service. You can stay in your car during service, this made it very convenient for me. I will definitely be returning again. They fixed my windshield wipers too. I recommend supporting this business. They are open later than most in my area.
