I have ordered from here, 2 years In a row. On this second year my party was going to be rained out and they easily were able to re schedule my platter for my party the next day. They really have great customer service at this location. Super kind. Great food. I would highly recommend this location because they tick all the boxes that a good business should have. Thank you Kelsey and boss! The party was a hit and everyone loved the food. I will keep ordering from here.

I have been coming here for years, but the last few months the food has not been good. If you visit during off peak hours like after 2pm, the food is stale. The hot dogs are dried out and shriveled up. The pretzels are so light in color looks like they were barely even baked. It's a shame as they had great food. But seems when the owners are not around the service goes downhill..I don't always have the time to wait around for them to cook fresh food either. But really no excuse for serving food that is well beyond sale ability.

The friendliest staff of any Pretzel Factory location I’ve ever visited! My order came fresh out of the oven. So good! Definitely check them out!

Pretzels are always fresh here. Owner takes a lot of pride in this location and is always clean and well run. Staff handled the long lines and one unruly customer with grace and professionalism during Super Bowl. My wife and I have moved from Voorhees but always go out of our way to go to this location.

I went in today for a pretzel dog, and pretzels bites, well let me tell you, the pretzel dog is horrible, it's burnt and taste like smoke. I would take it back but I don't feel like it, I'll never get another one. So disappointed in the cashier, she knows they were burnt and instead of making new ones they are surviving them. (I saw 4 burnt dogs and one that looked half decent but I got sidetracked placing the rest of my order to ask for a fresh one. The pretzels bites were fine though, I hope the owner sees this review. My first time there and probably my last.

i grew up pretty much all my life in Voorhees and would always love getting pretzels from the philly pretzel factory for lunchtime at school or after soccer games at the fields by Echelon! well i now go to college in Florida and am home this weekend visiting my family! yesterday, i asked my mom to run into this location and pick me up some yummy pretzels! well, my poor mom wasn’t aware of the closing time and arrived just before closing, where another costumer told the workers he wanted to buy the remaining pretzels of the day. my mom was super bummed and about to leave when a man working there, i’m not sure if he was the owner, told her that if she waited he would make her a fresh batch, even despite it now being a minute before closing!! the customer service at this location has impressed my mom and i immensely and i’m really thankful i got to enjoy my favorite home town treat! :) thank you very much!

Does anything thing beat a warm, soft, and fresh Philly Pretzel? Great location with an extremely nice and friendly staff. We're in weekly to pick up something since my.son loves them so much. He's just not a fan of the end of the day pretzels that are a little too hard for his taste and I'd agree.

Philly pretzel factory of Voorhees was AMAZING to work with. We wanted to have soft pretzels delivered to our wedding reception as part of our favors. I was in touch with Josh & he could not have been more helpful. They made it so easy & let me design the exact pretzel that we wanted. The pretzels were delivered to our reception and were a huge hit! I highly recommend them for any party or gathering!

I moved out to California and haven’t had a Philly Pretzel in over 3 years! So I had to go here to get the best! It was so fresh, hot and soft there is nothing else like it
