I stopped to grab a bite to eat on my way to work. I tried to use two different self checkout registers, neither would work. There were three employees watching me and refused to check me out. I was told to use the self checkout. When I explained that neither of them were working I was told to try again, so I left. Unfortunately, customer service is why Royal Farms is struggling because the food is actually really good.

Came to this location at 12pm to get a simple chicken sandwich, not only was the sandwich alone $9, but it was smaller than a dollar McChicken from McDonald's. The two pieces of chicken were drier than the desert like they had been sitting under heat lamps since 8am and whatever sauce they put on (I asked for mayo, it wasnt) tasted and smelled like 3 day old crabs. royal farms is terrible, every location. Wawa Is better tasting, cheaper, and faster

Few weeks ago I stopped by to get coffee and fries... the worker inside told me they where out of fries and chicken.... ok guess it didn't get delivered... I proceeded to get coffee... to my surprise every milk I touched curled... so I got a cup of black n left. Today I stopped by to get some gas. Every pump had a cone next to it with exception of 1 next to a some teenage boy counting cash. As I pulled up he says... sorry we're closed... and to my respond that isn't this a 24hr service station he says.... we close at 10. However this was 7:55pm? I peep inside the store lights are off and all... strange for a 24/7 establishment like that to be out... wawa down the street was way more accommodating.

Never really had a problem with this place until today. Tried to get gas and the kid said no he’s going on break and no one else is coming out. Went inside to ask for someone to come out and they also said no. Never knew this could happen at a 24 hour gas station

The sandwich that I ordered was partly cold, not cut in half, and the roll split on the first bite! Not only that, but the Mac n cheese was way too hot.(temperature hot).

Came here on a Sunday for gas and when I pulled up there were no gas attendants around. Waited around 5 mins myself, but cars that were there before me started leaving without getting gas. After five minutes two young kids come out of the store, guess they were on break and everyone deserves a break but poorly timed. Anyway, the one kid was very nice but was having issues with car reader. The other kid though needs to learn some manners, not only does he not speak to you -just stands there and looks at you instead but he’s walking around on his phone, not even looking at customers just staring at his phone and texting. What a disgrace. How do you know he’s not taking pictures of peoples cards since he’s on his phone while pumping gas. He came over and took the gas pump out of my car then slammed my cover closed. Didn’t even ask if I wanted my receipt just walked away without a word - still on his phone!

I came back in after 10 minutes he stood behind the podium on his cell phone and walked away did not even acknowledge me. Young lady behind the counter asked me if I needed help and took care of me as I stood there and wait for her to get my chicken with the other kid. Kid yes just kept looking at her cell phone not even trying to help other customers. I’m sure there’s other dude you should be doing I will never return to this place this is my third time with such a bad experience I’m not sure who’s running this but it’s hard to believe this is our future

I arrived around 11:30pm to grab a quick bite to eat since I missed breakfast and lunch and it was well past dinner time. I used their kiosk to order their Rofo Box of 3 chicken tenders, wedges and a biscuit. I walked around the store to see if there was anything else I wanted and settled on doughnuts. The Krispy Kreme box was almost empty. The associate called over to me and told me there were no wedges, their western fries. He offered mashed potatoes or Mac and cheese. I didn’t want either. I wanted fries. I took the mashed potato’s instead. I paid for my items and when I went back to the counter I grabbed my food and asked if they had gravy. He explained there was none and began to tell me how they didn’t leave him with anything today. That’s when I noticed all the food pans empty. Noticing the disappointment on my face he suddenly found some gravy. The food was barely warm. The mashed potatoes were not worth the price the chicken tenders were tough. Disappointed. I should have went to McDonald’s.
