Consistently bad experience. There's always a long wait until anyone acknowledges that we are waiting. At least 3 of the employees we have dealt with are always miserable, never smiling, never greeting us. We've gone through an entire transaction with no words from the girl with green hair. I think a team of sloths could move faster than some of these people.

This is a review for the pharmacy, specifically Dr. Malinskaya, the pharmacist. Dr. Malinskaya was a wonderful person to work with. She was patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and supportive. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the right vaccine, that it was done safely, and when I explained to her that I was in a predicament to get it done that day, she took me in on her lunch hour. I cannot speak highly enough of her and her staff.

Went here for my Covid booster and had accidentally booked the wrong date. The pharmacist was so kind and squeezed me in anyways. Everyone was so lovely, would definitely go back again for anything healthcare or pharmacy related that I need.

Ok so far, it seems. I just switched back to this Rite Aid after getting seriously fed up with all of the mistakes, lies, and delayed scripts from the CVS in Gibbsboro. Anna the Pharmacy Manager is very nice as well as knowledgeable and helpful. I just got my flu shot on Saturday and I like the fact that they have a private enclosed area with a door that allows me complete privacy during the administration of vaccines (Something my previous pharmacy lacked). Who wants other patients staring at you when you're getting a shot? The store is very clean and the layout is very nice. They even have clearance bins in the front of the store for marked down items!
