I get all of my shots here. I won’t go anywhere else if the shots I need are available at this Rite Aid location. The pharmacy is always busy so even if you have an appointment, you might wait 10 minutes to receive your vaccine. Elizabeth the Pharmacist is awesome. She’s busy but she’s a skilled, knowledgeable Pharmacist. Give her a break if she seems rude. She’s busy. I highly recommend this Rite Aid location for any available shots. Complete everything online when you book your appointment. That way, you’ll just have to get jabbed and you’ll be on your way. ~Jon

I arrived around 11:30pm to grab a quick bite to eat since I missed breakfast and lunch and it was well past dinner time. I used their kiosk to order their Rofo Box of 3 chicken tenders, wedges and a biscuit. I walked around the store to see if there was anything else I wanted and settled on doughnuts. The Krispy Kreme box was almost empty. The associate called over to me and told me there were no wedges, their western fries. He offered mashed potatoes or Mac and cheese. I didn’t want either. I wanted fries. I took the mashed potato’s instead. I paid for my items and when I went back to the counter I grabbed my food and asked if they had gravy. He explained there was none and began to tell me how they didn’t leave him with anything today. That’s when I noticed all the food pans empty. Noticing the disappointment on my face he suddenly found some gravy. The food was barely warm. The mashed potatoes were not worth the price the chicken tenders were tough. Disappointed. I should have went to McDonald’s. ~Latasha

I was very happy with the items I bought there today. When I shop anywhere I usually end up taking things back and now with surges in prices it can be really be stressful. But today I fully enjoyed my experience shopping at Ross and found several items that were priced in my comfort zone and they are so soft and flow nicely!!! And they had long skirts which I love and I got one. I have not been able to find these skirts for about 2 years. So Ross had them today and that made my day!!! ~Violette

Usually I like this target but today was disappointing. Everything was fine until we checked out. The employee checking us out was an older gentleman wearing gardening gloves and a neck gator as a mask. He literally threw what I was buying on the metal counter at the end of the checkout and then when he removed a security device from a pair of shorts he then instructed my 10 year old to throw it in the cart behind us. My daughter does not work for target and this man had no right to even address her. ~Priscilla

I have had the most enjoyable shopping experience in this store. I am super delighted to have met Ruben Santiago. The way he delivers and serves up memorable and lasting experience is beyond what I am able to explain. As a leader, I am most proud to see the spirit in which he serves and hope one day he will be leading a team of his own. I have my eyes on him for the bank. His superior leaders shop observe him. He’s exceptionally great. I pray he has a mentor outside of his direct supervisor. Personally I feel like the leadership in this store, truly believes in the products, brand messages, the community in which they serve and most paramount their abilities to make a huge difference with every experience. I have referred and I continue to use the products with superb pleasure. My family, friends and the community appreciate the value this team is delivering each day they open their doors. I’ve been banking with them since I was a little girl. I’m in my 30s now. Since their most recent enhancement everything has declined. Call wait times are over an hour. Going into a branch only results in them calling other offices to try to get an answer. When you call and ask for help, no one knows the answer. They tell you to contact a different person who also doesn’t know the answer. Someone even suggested I call the number on the back of my debit card to get help. I feel second hand embarrassment for them. Lol. ~Paige
