I’ve been banking with them since I was a little girl. I’m in my 30s now. Since their most recent enhancement everything has declined. Call wait times are over an hour. Going into a branch only results in them calling other offices to try to get an answer. When you call and ask for help, no one knows the answer. They tell you to contact a different person who also doesn’t know the answer. Someone even suggested I call the number on the back of my debit card to get help. I feel second hand embarrassment for them. Lol.

They constantly reduce hours they are open and the times they are open are ridiculous 8am - 4pm Mon thru Friday????, I have to leave work early as I work 7am -4pm to do some simple banking i do not recommend this bank.

Services say they cash checks for free with or without an account with them. Went in to cash a check today at 3pm. Place was not busy at all at the time. It was me and one other customer. At first it was all "No problem, we can help you." Then things got sketchy, he took my check to the back with two females,, came back and told me to go to the bank of America across the street because they couldn't help me... "Too lazy to do your jobs". Don't waste your time going here if you don't have an account. They have no people skills and are quite rude.

If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. I have a credit card open with them and a savings account. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them. Nothing about their online banking is useful nor convenient, and forget trying to call customer service no help what so ever. I hardly use this credit card because there is always an issue but I keep it open for backup. Starting to feel like it’s not even worth it anymore. Mostly likely going to close out this entire account and go somewhere else.

Phone customer service is the worst. I truly hate having to deal with them. Especially if the mistake is their fault.

I went there to open an account only to find out that they only accept you based on certain criteria that you meet. It would’ve been nice to know that before I drove 25 minutes. Their website said nothing about it either.

The WORST car loan experience ever. Just horrible & I’m still with out a car. Nobody knows what the other parties in there department is doing. I’m so F$&@ Frustrated it’s beyond belief.
